The hotel itself was impeccable-clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, which made it the perfect place to rest and heal. The quiet ambiance and soothing decor helped me relax after the surgery, and the staff's warm smiles and genuine care made all the difference. I couldn't have asked for a better environment to recover in. Dec 31,2024I had a very good experience, made even easier by the aftercare as well as the Clinichub team on Whatsapp. I just wish the first day had clearer instructions provided, since I was given contradictory guidance as to whether I had to go to the hospital on that day or the next. But overall it was great!

They take care of every step of your journey from airport pick up, travel to and from hospital also dr and nurse visits everyday . They make sure you are comfortable and have every care you need. I have no complaints at all, staff are very friendly and professional. Dr Burak Erkman was so helpful and informative about every step of my surgery and has done an exceptional job , I cannot thank him enough. I feel with Clinichub you are in safe hands from such nice, friendly professional staff. I would gladly recommend anyone thinking of surgery to contact Clinichub. Dec 29,2024I had a rhinoplasty few years ago, and while I was very satisfied with the clinic’s customer service, my issue lies with Dr.Emrah Çelik. Unfortunately, he didn’t listen to my requests and gave me a nose I didn’t ask for. My nose isn’t straight, and I’ve been dealing with severe breathing issues ever since, making it impossible to do sports or other physical activities. On top of that, when I try to clean my nose, I feel something sharp inside, almost like a knife, which is very uncomfortable. I can’t even freely clean my nose when I’m sick. I want to emphasise that my 1-star review is FOR Dr.EMRAH ÇELIK. The clinic itself deserves 5 stars for their excellent customer service, but my experience with the doctor has left me deeply disappointed. I hope this issue can be addressed, as it has significantly affected my quality of life.
