May 22,2017Community Tax Service went beyond all expectations when hired to assist me with my deliquient tax issues. From the start I experienced nothing but the best customer service particular to my needs. The process from start to finish was handled in a professional manner and the service and attention to detail I was given was second to none. Every step of the way the kept me informed of my situation and where I was in the process. In particular Daniel Urban by main contact at CTS was excellent, he was always available to answer my questions and if not returned my calls promptly and efficiently. I could n't of been happier with the results Daniel and the entire staff who handled my case obtained for me. Again beyond my expectations. Even after my settlement I had a small issue with the IRS the Daniel assisted me with even thought my case was closed out. That is the level of service you can expect from him and the entire staff at CST. I highly recommend them for anyone who as outstanding tax issues, I have already referred 2 people I know to them, that is base on the customer service I received and the final outcome they were able to get for me. May 13,2017I would recommend Community Tax Service to anyone who has tax problems with IRS or need tax services. My husband and I was so impressed with a organization that listen to us and was very professional in handling our taxes. Community Tax call us back promptly and was very knowlegeable for our situation. We could reach them anytime that we had a concern or didn't understand in filling out form. I will recommend this company to my friends and family that has problems in their taxes. I used them for reduction in paying my pass taxes and filing my 2016. Thank you Community Tax Service.

Apr 29,2017I find this company totally unreliable. 700$ was deducted from our account for just an investigation. Are you serious a phonecall to the IRS!!! On top of that the investigation is hearsay. Nothing on paper. Nothing visual to see that they actually did what they said. We will not continue as we feel that we have been totally ripped off already. Seriously who has money to give away. After we complained about paying for nothing the guy told us; I guess you learned something. Reading the bad credits convinces us to not continue before more damage is done. We are given a price but absolutely don't believe that eventually that will be the final Amount. From now on we will record all phonecalls with all companies for whatever Purpose. if the company refuses to be recorded they are not to be trusted from the beginning. we truly believe we were not told the truth in the first conversation and details about our case were not noted and we feel that the most important detail for them was to deduct money asap from our credit card and the concern they have to help as mentioned on their website was far to find. Now we have to start all over again. Actually our advise to everybody stay away from these mass online companies who are only interested in deducting from your credit card asap. No emotions no feelings you are only a number!Get a referral and go the old school route.

Apr 29,2017We had a horrible experience with Community Tax. We did not have a consistent representative nor did we have any kind of regular updates. The only time we heard from Community Tax was for another payment. We had money taken out of our accounts despite a payment schedule being set up , which was being consistently paid. We were contacted and harassed by the IRS instead of Community Tax acting as our contact person. Waste of money and so much additional stress was incurred because Community Tax did not do what they advertised and assured they would do.

Apr 25,2017I started getting certified letters from IRS for all the years I owed back taxes. I'm sure I'm not the only who feels just maybe they will overlook me. Once these letters began and threats to garnish my pension, bank account I knew I had to do something. I had been hearing on the radio the advertisements for Community Tax and how they could help with your tax issues I called them. The cost for them to get me out of this awful mess I got myself into wasn't cheap, but nothing compared to what I owed and the stress I was under. Beginning August 2016 they took over and this month April 2017 I received my acceptance letter from the IRS. So no more do I need to pay and my stress is gone! I dealt with many people at CT because each process is handled by an expert in that issue. I can not thank them all enough for all they did to get me out of the huge mess I was in. These people have to know what they are doing. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who finds themselves in trouble with the IRS. All of you are amazing!!!!! The rate was better here, and saving money was and is important to me. The result by brilliant Tax Attorney Koni was AMAZING. The lead executive Lauren is really resolution oriented and customer service oriented. The owner is someone who really cares about his customers. The employees are ALL so nice who answered the phones. They were always able to easily answer my questions, and they were accurate. It was a scary process for me, and I called quite a bit at times. This company is rated tops by Better Business. I also had them do my taxes- the price was great and the result was excellent. As a legal professional, I absolutely recommend this company without reservation. To the Gentleman below- have faith. It is a long process for everyone. Apr 17,2017We were in a world of hurt all amid trying to close on a house. Providence led us to Community Tax and we are thrilled with the quick outcome. Not only were we able to close the house on time, the IRS quickly returned to us the cost of penalties (which were five figures). Could we have done this without CT? Possibly. But not quickly, not as painlessly, and not with the ability to keep our sanity while trying to secure a loan for a new home in a new state.

ALTHOUGH, I CAN GIVE YOU AN UPDATE ON THE HELP WHICH I HAVE HAD FROM SOME OF YOUR TAX SPECIALISTS. YOU DEFINITELY NEED TO IMPROVE ON MANY AREAS: 1. PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP WITH YOUR CLIENT. 2. STAY IN TOUCH (ALWAYS) DURING THE PROCESS OF FIXING THE TAX PROBLEM. 3. ALWAYS, ALWAYS, MAKE SURE THAT CALLS ARE RETURNED IN A TIMELY MANNER (AS SOON AS POSSIBLE), NOT 2 OR 3 DAYS LATER, OR NEVER! 4. DO NOT MAKE PROMISES YOU CAN NOT KEEP. 5. YOUR COMMERCIALS SOUND "VERY GOOD". SORRY TO SAY THAT THEY'RE VERY DECEIVING! 6. RIGHT NOW I CAN'T BE ASSURED THAT YOU WILL REALLY BE ABLE TO HELP ME. WHEN I MADE MY INITIAL CALL TO COMMUNITY TAX, I WAS TOLD THAT YOU: "COULD, AND WOULD" LOWER MY DEBT! BUT, NOW, I AM BEING TOLD A "DIFFERENT STORY"! 7. YOU ARE VERY EXPENSIVE. I HAVE BEEN MAKING PAYMENTS OF $400.00 A MONTH! A REAL SACRIFICE FOR US. HAVE 2 MORE PAYMENTS, "THANK GOD". MY ORIGINAL PROBLEM HAS N O T BEING RESOLVED! I WAS TOLD IT WOULD TAKE ABOUT 8 MONTHS OR SO! I SIGNED UP OVER ONE YEAR AGO! 9. I SHOULD EXPECT GREAT RESULTS FROM COMMUNITY TAX, AS IT WAS PROMISED TO ME, BY YOUR TAX SPECIALIST. 10. I CAN'T SAY THAT I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU AT THIS TIME, I NEED TO SEE THE RESULTS YOU PROMISED TO ME. WE ARE IN DESPERATE NEED. I'M ALMOST 70 YEARS OLD.

I was facing wage levies and very worried about my present & future, from my experience I can only say they're AWESOME and very professional.
