Tax issues were resolved great job but follow ups getting a simple copy of my federal tax return horrible still waiting on a copy since March unable to reach anyone leave messages still unanswered terrible follow through work

I was happy with the outcome but a little disappointed that I was told it could take up to 9 months and ended up taking 2 years.

Like many in 08 we lost everything , and IRS came at us anyway.(gotta love uncle sam) But thanks to Community Tax. We can breathe again. They saved us over 80,000. $$$. Now we can truly start over. THANKS TO YOU ALL AT COMMUNITY TAX♡♡♡ R & T Chavez.

All things considered my experience with Community Tax has been favorable. Although I would have liked for Community Tax to have gotten my taxes with the IRS much lower than they did from the offset, so that I would not have ended up having to pay back up in the thousands of dollars with the resolution that was set up about two years ago. Short form was file . 31000.00 owe to irs . Don't think amount was negotiated . What you announce at advertising it's not true. I end up with 31000.00

I was in desperate need of some help. I had been avoiding back taxes for 7-8 years and they were finally catching up with me. I had lost my job when the economy fell and was struggling to pay bills. When I moved to Texas I was only working part time and in a slow season. I started getting notices of garnish wages and could not afford to have anymore of my little check taken away. I had called one of the competitors and the rude person told me that if I could not come up with an ungodly amount of money, there was nothing they could do for me. If I had that kind of money I would not have had to call someone. I called Community Tax and they put me at ease from the beginning. They stopped my garnishment letters and worked with me on a payment plan to pay weekly that I could afford. Thank you so much Community Tax. You stopped my nightmares and within a year everything has been cleared up. I am following all directions from both Community Tax and the IRS so I do not go into default. This will not happen again. I have learned my lesson. Again if it was not for Community Tax I don't know what I would have done. Ya'll are the BEST and I recommend you highly to anyone who has a problem. Sincerely, Mikel Davis

I owed the IRS alot of money and was not able to pay. I was like yea right this is a radio scam, but from my first call I felt like I had made the right 1. Over the years now I have worked with Daniel Urban and he has always been very straight forward. He did everything he said he was going to do and surpassed all expectations. 500 was my final settlement price to the IRS alot different than 42,000 I owed. I will continue to reach out to Daniel Urban for all my tax needs!!!! Thanks Daniel from An American Truck Driver.

I am sure that most of you that care about tax issues have seen ads on the tv and heard ads on the radio claim that they can help you with your taxes. Well, I have 43 years in the financial services business and I can tell you that, if you want the best, I would call Daniel Urban at Community tax. Daniel is knowledgable, does what he says he will do, and he takes very technically complex issues and communicates them in a way that the average person can understand. In addition he saved me a ton of cash. I also want to say that I have referred others to Daniel and those people have nothing but praise for Daniel Urban. So, why mess around. Go for the best. Daniel Urban. Community Tax - an no, I am not a relative.

To pay up front fee and trust my taxes to a company I only "knew" over internet made me a little nervous at first. But the solid communications and attention I received from the Community Tax team quickly settled my doubts. They stayed with my case and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I was Leary to try this company as I had previously submitted an offer on my own behalf twice and was rejected both times but I went ahead and tried it out. I was quoted one price in the beginning and after I signed the paperwork the price went up twice. I ended up paying close to $2000.00 more than I was originally quoted. Then I was told that I would not qualify for an offer that I would only be able to file a currently not collectible offer and be under close watch for the next 10 years so I was going to cancel the service and try to find someone willing to fight for an offer in compromise. They then sent me to someone in the retention department who assured me that he could submit an offer and that I had a good chance of getting it accepted. It was eventually accepted and countered over 3,000.00 more than I offered. At this point I will accept it as I am just ready for this long drawn out process to be over. I'm not sure if he should have suggested that we submit a counter or not but I'm great full that he stepped in and got the job done.

I would definitely recommend Community Tax to anyone who needs help. Everyone that I encountered was courteous and gave answers that were directly related to your individual case. I am very satisfied with the outcome of my case. There is no hesitation in using them again if I have to.
