Nov 14,2016It took me a long time to pick a company to help me with my tax issues. I decided to go with Community Tax based on the first representative who I spoke with. He made me feel at ease and comfortable to move forward. So I did. They kept me informed on my case on a regular basis, easy to get in touch with either via the phone or email and then responded quickly. Once my paperwork was submitted it took awhile but they continually kept me in the loop ion what was going on. They explained everything to me as things progressed. They did not stop working for me at all during the progress which took about 12-18 months but well worth the wait for my end result. I owed over $80,000 in taxes, penalties and fees and Community Tax fought for me and I wound up PAYING ONLY $100 YES THAT'S RIGHT $100 I highly recommend using Community Tax. Richard

Aug 24,2016We have been struggling with an issue for over 15 years. Go through many CPA's and tax advisors but couldn't get the problem solved. Community Tax got on the case in 2013. They promised to have it over by 2016 and they kept the word. It is unbelivebale relief to know that all the problems are gone and after 15 years we are finally done. Especial thanks to Adam Dobrino- very professional and knowledgable. You've been great help to us!

Aug 16,2016My husband has a problem with back taxes, owing an amount difficult to pay due to our current financial situation. I heard this advertisement on the radio and I liked it, so we give it a try and made the call. Fortunately for us Ruben picked up who is our representative. This is a young kind, patient, trustworthy, who has the knowledge and experience to answer all the questions you can possibly have and on top of that, doesn't get frustrated. He knows what we are going through and has been more than helpful in every way. Always willing to answer the phone and call you back every time we have a doubt, emails, text. He has been walking us through this process step by step and we are very confident that with his guidance and this company we will solve our problem for good. Ruben is a reflection of Community Tax, I cannot speak for all representatives, but if half of them are as good as he is, then this is a company to recommend, to go back and to have in hand. Besides their contacts and relations and xoerience with the IRS they have the most valuable asset a company can have.... Wonderful human resources.

Jul 21,2016Before I reached out to Community Tax I would dread seeing mail from the IRS and it would take me days to have the ability and the nerve to open the envelope. I talked to them once and it furthered my nervousness with them. Right now I look forward to seeing any mail from them and opening the envelope and scanning it and emailing it to Community Tax. I will NEVER ne nervous about the IRS with Community Tax on my team. They are AWESOME.

Jun 30,2016I was facing a horrid tax problem at the ripe old age of 39, and was clueless how to even approach this problem with the IRS, much less work out a solution with them. I had always paid my taxes, filed my taxes, and then here comes the IRS after me. They would NOT sit down with me and allow me to show them my proof! Community Tax worked so very hard on my behalf. You can not find a company with their expertise that actually care about the individuals that they are 'fighting' for. They saved me, and continued to advise me, and check on me, even after the intended resolution had been achieved. Thank you Community Tax. I'm so glad I found you after researching on the internet, and even after calling 3-4 other companies. They just did not provide me with the feeling that your company did - that you cared for me as a person, felt my situation was indeed unjust, and knew that you could, and would, be able to help. You did save me, as well as my future. I can never thank you enough. If someone finds themselves in an unfortunate situation such as I experienced, you will definitely be the only company that I would ever refer them to. You so ROCK! Thank you !

Jun 29,2016To be honest, I went to Community Tax for the first time, never having heard of it before, because someone who had previously prepared my tax forms went to work there. I knew I would receive the same high level of service from Greg, the man who worked on my taxes, in the new setting and I cannot recommend him too highly. He is accurate, meticulous in his work, and a really nice guy who listens and wants to provide the best service possible for his clients. As far as the Community Tax office, I was received warmly by the receptionist and even employees who saw me sitting in the waiting area stopped to make sure I was being taken care of. The office is bright and clean, I understand services beyond my personal needs are available, and I will be returning in the future without reservation. I've seen the damage and stress caused by working with the wrong tax preparation company. With Community Tax and Greg I have peace of mind.

With such an important task like dealing with the state or IRS, Community Tax handled it like pros. The entire process is designed to efficiently knock out your goals with ease. I must say I was especially pleased with the level of customer service given by Brian McDonald. He was professional, efficient, and got me through the process. Jun 17,2016I searched for a reliable and competent tax resolution company for a few months. I came down to two companies and went with Community Tax. In the beginning there was some issues due to my personal tax preparer being out of work for personal reasons and I feel through the cracks. But once I brought this to ownership's attention they went above and beyond and have done everything I could ask for and more. Both Lead Tax Preparer Dan Urban & Owner Nick Charveron are stand up guys and communicate very effectively. I have also referred a friend to them as well. They are a good company that I will continue to work with moving forward!

Jun 16,2016I have dealt with another tax firm before coming to Community Tax and they said that they could help me resolve my debt with the IRS. Long story short, they did nothing but give me the run around for a year. the only thing they did was to get the late fees and penalty taken off and I still had to pay the IRS, with Community Tax the delivered on what they said they would and worked with me every step of the way and was able to get my tax debt resolved that I had with the IRS as promised. I would recommend them highly to anybody that has a back tax problem with theIRS.

Jun 14,2016I hadn't filed my taxes since 1986 and i contacted these folks thur an ad. They gathered all of my infomation and commence to work on this matter for me. about half way thur I recieved a letter from Social Security stating i would receive my disability that I had applied for. I contacted community tax and they helped me protect the amount of dollars that i was to be paid from Social Security. In the end I paid very little compare to what could have been. I want to thank all those folks that helped and guided me and my wife thur this expeirince. Sincercely, Edward

Jun 14,2016I had a $23,000 Tax debt. Community Tax did an Offer in Compromise and got the IRS to settle my debt for $1000 and even gave me six months to pay the settlement amount. So needless to say, I'm more than satisfied with the results Community Tax secured on my behalf. I would highly recommend them to anyone with Tax issues.

Jun 12,2016I had been going through a divorce when the down-turn in the economy occurred around 2007-2008. Things had prioritized in my mind and I left the IRS out of those thoughts while I tried to guide my company to the best end which effected 34 families. Good moral choice but a bad business choice. In 2010 the IRS came down hard on me and I didn't know what to do so I started looking online. I looked at everyone out there and my gut feeling was to choose Community Tax. It must have been Devine intervention because from day-one my attorney and paralegal at Community Tax went to war on my behalf with the IRS. They obtained a great settlement for me and in a few years it will all be behind me. What they accomplished for me I could never have done alone.
