Jul 31,2022We had new windows throughout in 2019 and recently had front and back doors to match. Extremely happy with the service and standard of work. Minor issue with the back door post fitting regarding the cat flap that they put in for us. This was rectified in days, no hassle, good communication. Job done.

Jul 27,2022Great work. This is the third occasion that we have had Coral windows. Windows and doors about 19 years ago. Conservatory 15 years ago. All have been fantastic. We have now had new modern doors fitted. Still the same great workmanship and customer service. Looking forward to the new modernised conservatory tiled roof which is being fitted in October.

We were given informative and realistic sales information to make our choices and had all new windows, 2 doors and a door canopy installed. The communication was really good, we were kept up to date on what would happen and when, and it was all installed on the dates booked. The fitters worked tirelessly in the heatwave, and we were thoroughly pleased with the results.

Jul 24,2022We agreed to have 16 windows and 3 doors fitted for £14,200. Our expectation for this high price was of a faultless 5-star worthy installation. Disappointingly, Coral’s installation team (Ryan & Richard) chose to ‘rush’ the job, resulting in extensive unnecessary damage to our home, many of the fundamental tasks were not even completed, and the quality of their work was the very poorest we have ever seen. Two inspections were carried out by Coral including the company owner visiting our home, where he inexplicably tried to defend the extensive damage to our home as well as condoning the very poor overall finish of the job. Since his visit, he consciously chose to do absolutely nothing to address any of the damage to our home. The original installation team plus an engineer spent a further full day carrying out extensive remedial work, which fully supports our comment regarding the original installation being ‘rushed’. We paid Coral the full amount for the original workscope, yet they continued to do absolutely nothing regarding the extensive damage to our home, which led us to being directed to a long-drawn-out mediation process lasting over 4 months to try and get this resolved. We have just had the final remedial work completed some 7 months after the original installation. We have been given a derisory amount of money by Coral towards completing the repairs of the extensive damage to our home. Coral have never offered any form of apology to us throughout our ordeal. We have now been left with an expensive installation which remains riddled with defects as well as us having to organise an extensive program of repairs to the damage inflicted by their employees. We deeply regret using Coral Windows and we would strongly warn others to take their money elsewhere and avoid this absolutely contemptable company.

Jul 21,2022We had Scott & Aaron install full window & door replacement on our house, a fairly large job, starting 11th July & them lads grafted. They did not stop, they were ever so polite, great lads & the install was so painless. The doors and windows are quality but it’s the install team that leaves the lasting impression. I’d recommend Coral based off Scott & Aaron’s workmanship to anyone. My opinion Scott & Aaron are the face of Coral and they did Coral really proud.

Jul 18,2022We recently had a conservatory and windows fitted and have had various issues, workmen left us with rubbish everywhere, broken tiles damaged plants and never even bothered cleaning the windows properly even after returning to sort out the problems the windows still looked pretty dirty. We expected great service from a reputable company but was left disappointed and will now be looking elsewhere to replace the rest of the windows and front door

Jul 15,2022Excellent service from start to finish. Although we signed up in February, we did not want the work doing until summer. We were given a date which was changed by one day the week before due to another job over running. We had no problem with this. The fitters (Richard and James) were fast, efficient, very polite and skilful. They replaced the mullions and jambs across the front of our bungalow and cleaned up any mess this may have caused. As soon as they walked in to our home, they laid down dust sheets and cleared up and vacuumed every day before leaving. They had excellent work ethic. We had used Coral before and would recommend and use them again if we need to.

Jul 15,2022Unfortunately having had 3-4 separate installations of windows and hoping the service would get better each time I'm afraid I certainly would not recommend this company. After the sale the customer experience following is absolutely shocking and disgraceful. Each time we have had to have something repaired, or followed up, the workmen complain to us about not being paid enough to drive to where we live to sort out the issues, this has happened on a few occasions and we feel like an inconvenience to them. They don't wear PPE and unfortunately they smashed glass - with no protection for my house or furnishings or themselves and one of the gentlemen dislocated his knuckle - they put in the wrong style windows and assume we won't notice, they get so many things wrong that it makes me wonder how come I have had issues on each occasion but I will never use this company again. They say they pride themselves n their quality etc - not from what I've seen. The last straw was the recent visit to correct a hole in the window sill and I was pretty much accused of what I had done to the window given the time it had been from installation. The gentlemen then proceeded to tell me that he probably wouldn't be able to fix the problem given he was 3 hours away from home and it was 2.30pm in the afternoon and then complained about why they put him on that job at that time - I nearly lost the plot with this guy and he knew it, we always feel the wrath of their issues with the company - please sort it, it is not the problem of the customer!!!!!!!! Awful, awful experience, never to be repeated again.

Jul 14,2022We chose Coral Windows because of good reviews in Which? A lot of the process went smoothly, and there was always a quick response to our telephone queries. The window looks good. However: A - It was not fitted on the date arranged. We were expecting the fitters around mid-day, but rang Coral when nobody had arrived by 2 pm, to be told it was not possible to fit it that day. Coral should have contacted us as soon as they knew the situation had changed. The following morning the fitters arrived with only 2 of the 3 necessary pieces, so again the job could not be done. It was completed on the third attempt. B - We were looking for windows with a low U value, ideally below 1. Coral Windows lowest was 1.4 (which is actually par for the course. The only company to provide under 1 charged literally twice the price). 1.4 was written down on our contract. However, when the site visit was done, we were told that the U value would be 1.6, and that is the lowest Coral do. The salesman asked us to consider the WER ratings instead, which were satisfactory, so we went ahead but we felt we had been misled. (The window is the first part of a full bathroom renovation, so we did not have a lot of time to arrange a replacement).

Jul 01,2022Firstly tried to charge me a ridiculous amount for one window and when I didn't get back to them called me every few days for weeks, eventually dropping price. I don't like this way of doing business, just give me your best price, rather than wake me up on night shift and disturbing me on holiday. I've had the repair team out around five times, with them replacing the mechanism a couple of times and finally the window. It's still left with riser blocks, which they say are standard but I've not seen any other company use them. I have little confidence that it won't break again. In their defence they have responded each time I've phoned but why can't they get it right first time??? I was left with a shut window, unable to open, in the summer heatwave and an open one, unable to close, in the depths of winter! I also had to take days off/turn down overtime for each repair, costing me more than the price of the window. I need all my windows replacing now but will be looking elsewhere. Sorry Coral.

Jun 28,2022No pushy sales people, just gave us a decent, competitive price and left us to decide. Very pleased with the work done, 10 windows and 2 doors, all completed in the stated time. The fitter was very efficient, professional and kept all his work areas tidy. He made sure all rubbish was tidied every day and made sure we were completely satisfied with everything and showed us how everything worked before leaving. Would highly recommend.

Jun 22,2022Contacted Coral for patio doors, replacement windows and conservatory, as I was already aware of their reputation and didn't need people letting me down, as is prevalent in the area I live, a tad remote. From the sales person making contact and providing fantastic advice. The choice of materials was offered and a very competitive price given. The builders and fitters were a credit to the company. Issues were remedied immediately. The after sales care is top notch. Minor snagging was taken care of very quickly and at an amicable time to suit. All works are now finished and looking amazing. Thank you Coral. Big thanks to Scott Dyson and Ron Murray for everything.

Jun 17,2022This company built our conservatory or should I say tried to build it. We had to get them back several times to stop the leaks to no avail. We tried to talk to the senior management only to find they were worse that the installation team. Do not go near this company and do your research before parting with your hard earned money.
