Jun 10,2022This is the 2nd time I have used coral windows. I cannot recommend them enough from requesting a quote to fitting. All the way through coral windows kept me informed if what was due to happen and when. The lead time on my replacement door fitting was 6-8 weeks, from start to finish this took 4 weeks. The installer was quick and made sure he cleaned up when finished. I would not hesitate to use Coral windows again

Jun 09,2022We have a working back door at last - thanks, We had two issues - 1. Initial visit was arranged for 12.00. The Coral rep had it down as 13.00 so we had given up and were out when he finally arrived. We had to rearrange the appointment. Internal communication fault! 2. The appointment to fit the door was changed the night before it happened - from "after 12.00" to "08.00 to 10.00" which was not convenient but what choice did we have? I was present when the original booking slot was arranged by the surveyor as 12.00, so for some reason Coral changed the time and only told us the night before. External communication fault! The quality and fitting of the product were both excellent, but the organization needs to sort out it's communication internally and externally.

Jun 06,2022I've used Coral once again on one of my rental properties, where I have replaced two dormer windows. It was not an easy job as Coral had to work around my roofers, who were delayed by the weather. Nonetheless, all went well, so I have no hesitation recommending them.

Jun 03,2022Our front door decided not to lock, meaning we couldn’t leave the house and did not get a peaceful nights sleep. I called this morning (Jubilee bank hol) and as expected no answer, did a chat with a bot instead. Very surprised to receive a call only half an hour later. Paul at Coral had noted that had called and wanted to help. Went through problem and tried to solve to no avail. Paul arranged a call out for me-then called back to check company had been in touch to attend too. Wayne came out and replaced the lock in mere minutes. I bought the door 4 years ago and to say am happy with the aftercare is an understatement. Paul -you have exceeded my expectations and I would not hesitate to use Coral again. Thank you

Jun 01,2022GOOD JOB WELL DONE !!!. We decided to have Coral Windows after our neighbours had some fitted last year and were very impressed with the product, installation and service. I can confirm that our experience was very similar. Ryan & Adam were extremely professional and very tidy during the installation of windows and doors, on what was a very inclement day. May 31,2022After service is terrible, have to wait months for them to fix a problem with my door only for them to call weeks later and change the appointment for a later date. They can't give a time on the day, fair enough but to not be able to give morning or afternoon is rediculous, they have your number to call 30 mins before they will arrive apparently, surely they have some idea of when they will be coming. Sat here from 9am this morning and it is 12-16pm now so its obviously an afternoon call if they turn up.😣

May 11,2022After my recent installation, I noticed a problem, reported this and got a vauge assurance that I would get a call back to fix it soon. After a few days, I emailed to politely ask about the lead time. This was a week ago and I am yet to get a reply / call back. To be honest, I'm not impressed with the aftersales service so far. If I had been aware of and notified Coral of the issue prior to paying my bill (several thousands of pounds), I'm certain that I would not be waiting an unknown amount of time to get a response. Considering it is Coral's goal "to provide excellent service at all times for new and existing customers", it would be a good idea to follow up on concerns raised and have the decency to confirm lead time expectations, so customers do not feel forgotten about.

Apr 28,2022Horrendous, main bedroom window doesn’t fit two front doors don’t fit, do we not know who to use a tape measure. scratch on the living room window now a new one due to the stupid surveyor who decided to attend with no acknowledgement has decided to give the window completely new scratch to the living room window his words oh I want to see if it will puff out idiot you can’t puff plastic. Absolutely well done for causing more damage. So parents currently having to go through trying to get this damaged window replaced whilst we are stuck with no new window or doors and having to fight to get this scratched window replaced. You messed up in the first place we should get a new window no one in their right minds would sign off and pay for anything damaged. Would not recommend. We want this resolving WITH THE NEW LIVING ROOM WINDOW.

The quality of the windows and doors are far superior to the ones we had removed. The installation team were professional and polite and cleaned up after themselves. We would like to say a big thanks to Scott and Aaron who worked really hard and went out of their way to ensure that everything was finished to a high standard. Apr 09,2022Coral have fitted both the front door and the French doors at my house. Both these doors are fitted with ERA Vectis locks which are sold as being the best for security. Unfortunately they have both recently failed leaving us with doors that will not open. Coral only offer a five year guarantee for these locks despite the well-known quality issues with them. Coral refused to look at them when they failed so I had to get our insurance company to repair them. It has left me extremely worried that at some point we will end up locked out of our house due to the poor quality of the gearboxes in these locks. I used Coral because I wanted to support a local company but now I regret that decision. This review has been amended after making contact with Coral. I am still very unhappy with the product they have supplied.

They were helpful and conscientious. We chose them from the Which review and were not disappointed. I love our cheery door and the colour of the frames match our old wooden sills well.
