Mar 19,2022We recently had our windows and front door replaced by Coral after them being recommended to us by family. The intial chap who came out to quote was great, no pressure sales at all and was very helpful. Their communication right up till the fitting day was spot on and the fitters did a fantastic job, a far, far better job than the previous set of cowboys who installed our last lot. We may have got them cheaper elsewhere but you get what you pay for. The quality is excellent and they look really classy.

They only left one key for two windows, but Wendy promptly posted out another one plus a spare on request. Overall very satisfied.

We did have a quote from another company but Tommy definitely swayed the sale! Communication was great throughout. George and Team who fit the doors, windows and patio doors were fantastic! Emails were replied straight away and we were kept up to date by their excellent customer service . On the day of fitting ( which was throwing it down with rain !! ) the fitters came on time were very pleasant and efficient and completed the job to a very high standard ( they even hooved up !) The products themselves are of a very high quality. Very pleased customer .. Thank you Coral !

Mar 01,2022Steve, the fitter was excellent. (5 Stars) He was here on time, worked efficiently and cleanly. He explained how to operate the door to help maintain the locking mechanism. The only problem was when paying. Could not use the bank transfer system, which was unnecessarily complicated. Apparently payments over £1000 can not be completed via bank transfer, which is not mentioned on the invoice.

Paul helped us with our order - listening to what we required and giving his advice on the fittings for the door and windows. The joiners did a great job and this was followed by expert fitting from Steve for the door and Chris and Andy for the windows.

Feb 26,2022We didn’t get quotes this time for replacement of upstairs windows as we had heard good things about Coral. The initial sales man was good and reassured us that the product and fitting would be much better for the slight extra cost. The price was ok for us so we booked. The fitting is really what let them down. The salesman was very dismissive of the work we had done before, saying that Coral would make do rather than covering everything with upvc as our last fitter had done. Unfortunately this was not the case. The fitters were very noisy, messy and did not really clean up after they had finished. A loud radio blaring music out all day, at one time outside the back door where someone was trying to home work. They also broke tiles in bathroom and an alarm box outside and seemed to have used more caulk and upvc trim to cover up all their defects. We have no idea what is going on under all the caulk and upvc, which incidentally, also ended up on walls and floors. The windows look ok as long as you don’t look too carefully at the bodging they have done to the surrounds and walls. Not impressed.
