Jan 28,2020I ordered a new front door and some patio windows. Quality of workmanship was very good and the workmen were very courteous and knowledgeable and turned up on time. No mess left at all and everything finished to a high standard. The work was completed in a morning. I would certainly use Coral again and would recommend to others.

Jan 28,2020We had triple glazing and 2 new doors installed. The price was reasonable and the quality of the product is very good. The salesman was straight with us, without any of the "dodgy dealings" you sometimes hear of. The installers were efficient and it is clear that Coral take quality control seriously. The triple glazing has reduced noise from the outside, considerably and the house is easier and cheaper to keep warm. We are happy to recommend Coral.

Jan 21,2020Have used Coral over the years for various projects, however the customer service and after sales service leaves a lot to be desired. Have had a service engineer on site this morning who's level of repair on a conservatory wall is shocking - arrived with a bucket of poly filler to repair a crack and a hole made by the building inspector and has left without sanding down and evening the finish out. Have been waiting over three hours for a call back from the service department - guess I won't be getting one anytime soon. Wouldn't recommend Coral and certainly won't ever use them again!!! Update Have had to get another workman out to fix the first attempt..... double jobbing all the time. It’s done now and hopefully I don’t have to get it repaired again.

Jan 18,2020Used Coral for replacement glass as an interim before replacing the units later this year. The survey and installation were pretty good but the quote and scheduling the installation itself left a lot to be desired.

Jan 17,2020From first consultation and quote, to installation and aftercare, the customer care and attention to detail from Coral has been second to none. We were initially impressed by the lack of a hard sell, and very competitive pricing. The salesman visited our home promptly at the time he stated, was very friendly and knowledgeable, and immediately made us feel at ease. We were so impressed that we felt confident in expanding our order from just a new front door, to also have our patio door replaced. The workman arrived on time, and were pleasant and professional. They made sure that we were happy with the work, left the place clean and tidy, and showed us how to use the locks properly. About an hour after they left, a senior advisor called round to check over the work. He was very thorough, making sure that everything was perfect, even going back to his car to get some cleaner to remove a tiny smudge that had been left behind! We are thrilled with the work done - it looks beautiful, and feels very secure. We would have absolutely no hesitation in using Coral again, or recommending them to anyone. Thank you!

Jan 15,2020My wife and I have just had 3 doors & 7 windows installed with Coral on the 13-01-2020 and the quality of the product & there workmanship is excellent, the two installation crews that came to our house are a credit to your firm they worked really hard from start to finish we were both really impressed on how efficient they were they sheeted everything down the whole process ran like clockwork they cleaned up after themselves really well even hoovered the rooms (amazing). The new windows and doors have totally transformed the look of our bungalow this is the first time we have used Coral and it wont be the last, from our initial phone call to book a design appointment to the finished product has been a pleasure. Vasco Yonchev the Design consultant explained things really well we told him what we wanted and he made suggestions for things that we hadn't thought of to improve the project, overall a 5*** customer experience.

Jan 14,2020This is the second time we have dealt with Coral and the second time we have been thoroughly satisfied. The sales experience is straightforward without some of the slapstick antics offered by some of the national companies. The products themselves are second to none and the installation is to a very high standard. I only have one small observation to point out: The installers need to collect all items for the installation from the factory in Bradford on the morning of each fitting day. In Winter, during limited daylight, the further the installation is from Bradford the less time the installers have. My tip would be to arrange installation in Summer if you live far from Bradford. Apart from that I would wholeheartedly recommend Coral.

Dec 23,2019We had a nightmare experience with Coral Windows which started in July 2019. The fitter ripped out wood around our windows that had been in-situ since our house was built in the 1930's. When we asked why he had why he had done this he said 'Most people prefer plastic to wood'. He didnt ask us what we wanted. The surveyor had measured the angle of the bay window incorrectly and the fitter had tried to make it fit. When we pulled off a strip of plastic down the side of our window we could see through to the outside. There was no apology from the surveyor, fitters or Customer Services Manager. The mess around our windows was unbelievable. We asked them to put some wood back and they told us we would have to pay for it painting. It was a constant fight trying get them to do anything right. This is a brief snapshot of events which started in July and ended in September. In the end I could not cope with any more people coming into the house from this company. My husband contacted the Directors of the company and told them we were not paying the full price. This was one of the worse experiences we have ever had.

Nov 07,2019We attempted to use coral earlier this year and was very disappointed with the service. We had to have the work ceased after it became evident that the installers were not undertaking the job to a very good standard. They were cutting corners and the company weren’t interested in rectifying the Problems caused by their workers that ultimately lead to us having to get a wall fixed.

Sep 04,2019I am 60 yrs old so I have had many windows fitted in my time over the years in property's however, this is the worst waste of money I have spent! the quality and workmanship is appalling and certainly would not recommend to anyone. Damage was caused not only to the inside of the house but to my newly laid drive,sills cut short, everything was bodged and the only explanation from coral was that team have left now! no help to me at all my contract was with coral and not the fitters so please be aware. Totally dissatisfied.

Aug 12,2019asked them to come and give us quote which they travelled one and a half hours to do then they never bothered to submit the quote, it was for a full bungalow but not for about three months. chased them up still no response. must have just wanted a day out. don't bother wasting you time with them. if they cant be bothered to get the first part right what chance have you got with the rest. lucky escape methinks.

Jan 30,2020Had new doors and windows fitted and love them. They look fab. Was really impressed with the fitters....no mess at all!! If it wasnt for the fact we now had grey window frames outside you would never know any work was done from the inside, all immaculate!! Would deffo recommend.
