Apr 23,2020I can only complement the exceptional service I have just received from Coral. My lock on the door was starting to stick and I was finding it difficult to both lock and unlock, I was getting concerned that it would lock shut and we would not be able to get out. After telephoning them with my concerns and although the actual factory was closed on lockdown Paul one of the employees managed to find an engineer who dropped off a new lock for me within the hour. I cannot praise them enough for the customer care and thoughtfulness during this difficult time. They did for me go that extra mile and did truly produce excellent customer care. Just to say I was out of warranty so even a greater service than I could have expected. I would recommend them every time.

Apr 04,2020It has taken me a year to get round to writing a review but the conservatory I had installed last year is FABULOUS - love it, love it, love it! It has transformed my life and I am so glad I chose Coral. What has prompted me to review now is the lovely ad, thanking our wonderful frontline workers - John Valente is obviously a businessman but he clearly has a heart. Very poignant at this sad time of Bill Withers’ death too......

Mar 18,2020As they say on their website Coral will do a price match if you have had a quote and could produced it to them on paper from another window company they will price match it if possible. However there are many if and buts when you read about price matching on their web page. I was impressed by there sales person who addressed all our questions and concerns and the quality of the window he showed us. He stated that they would be back in touch with us with in a few days. However i needed to phone them back after it was nearly 2 weeks and by phoning them they sorted it out for me within the next 24 hours and priced matched the lower offer and even reduced some off the price. I agreed to go with them because the price was right and i was pleased to sign the contract. I will most properly post a review on the window and french doors fitting at a later date.

Mar 16,2020Had 5 Windows fitted from Coral Windows which look fab!! Had to contact customer services with a slight problem. A young man came and rectified this and am completely satisfied with the service provided.👍

Mar 12,2020Requested a quote for a new patio door. Turned up and priced it. Chased them for weeks trying to get an install date. Turned up and installed a knackered old door with cracked glass and tried to sneak out without me noticing. Reported it to coral, 2 weeks later still not sorted. No apology, no new install date. Avoid this company.

They did not disappoint; from survey through to installation, everything was handled efficiently & professionally and we were particularly impressed with the installer who a great guy who went to great lengths to ensure that everything was spot on.

Mar 11,2020I had coral windows & doors fitted on my previous house and the only problem I had was a fault in one of the glass sheets which was replaced with no fuss so I had no problem going back to Coral for a bay window, french doors & front door for my current house I am thinking a bedroom bay window at some point in the future, my home is much warmer now so less heating being used and anticipate a lower gas bill so win, win. I would have no problem recommending Coral to any one.

Mar 01,2020Dermet, what a gentleman, quality sales man who has worked at coral for nearly 20 years, no hard sales and supports any decision with guidance and professional support. The office staff are approachable and supportive and a big thank you to Paul and Ged in sales who supported every query and call with such patience. Finally the fitting team David and Michael, WOW, exceptional and professional team which made the 5 days of fitting bearable. These guys were corals ambassadors as the product was fantastic and they went above and beyond in the storm to ensure the fitting was completed to the best conclusion and completed extras as needed without hesitation. The experience from start to finish was fantastic and the product is fantastic. Thank you, I am so glad we chose you. I would definitely recommend to anyone else wanting to upgrade their windows and doors. ❤️

Feb 09,2020Had new windows and doors fitted in January by coral windows and I am very pleased with them absolutely love the anthracite grey colour we went for went for the 1 diamond composite door and tilt & slide stable door and they look fabulous, the fitters were really friendly and efficient even cleaned up after themselves we shopped about & although not the cheapest im so glad we decided on coral windows local company & had lots of good reviews from friends & family highly recommended

Genuine interest in what was important to me. Help in the design process with useful suggestions ! The surveyor was efficient and the whole thing took a month from quote to sitting in my house with new doors. Fitting was on time and the doors look great. The fitters were clean, friendly and Im so impressed how they managed to get my front door in- old house- not easy ! Thank you for looking after my floor tiles so well ! I cannot recommend Coral enough ! Thank you

Jan 30,2020I recently ordered a new window for my front room. I had previously had the whole house fitted with new windows and a front door in 1998. The reason for the new window was because extreme sun had warped the outside frame and it really looked a mess. From my original phone call to completion Coral could not have been more helpful. Everything went according to plan and the fitters left the house clean and tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone wanting double glazed windows. You will be safe in Coral’s hands.
