Feb 16,2023We ordered Wednesday and Gomez Addams costumes for myself and granddaughter, at first I was a little concerned with the time they took to arrive,but when they did the quality was outstanding as the are made to order. If you are into cosplay or want a superior one to those off the shelf and are prepared to wait a few weeks I highly recommend them. Visit their website as they do an amazing selection.

Feb 07,2023Ordered the Mandalorian costume, flight suit is fantastic quality, really great stitching and fits well. The pleather boot covers will work well for what I needed, I'll be using my own armor, really happy for the price and will order again for sure

Jan 26,2023Please avoid this company at all costs. The sizings of the costumes are well off. They are nowhere near the size advertised. They do not want to accept returns, going backwards and forwards by email day after day trying to get out of it. I was told its normal for the sizes to be a couple of inches smaller(?) Not very helpful when you have ordered a costume using their measurement charts, that doesn't fit. The garment also arrived with a broken zip! Eventually I have been told I can return it at my own expense to China!, that I had 14 days for it to arrive from the day I received it, but my back and forth with them has gone on for a week now. If I posted today its unlikely to make it to China I time now. The whole business stinks of a scam, thankfully I paid with PayPal and I am going through them to get refunded on this item which was £120

Jan 26,2023I bought a Kazuha Genshin Impact cosplay as a late Christmas gift in 2022 since it didn't arrive on time. The material used is amazing, although the cosplay I received had some minor bits and pieces starting to fall off after about an hour. Overall, I didn't really have a problem with my first order and I think I would buy another cosplay from there in the future.

Jan 05,2023I ordered a Childs Jedi costume from this supplier which quality-wise was very good, but I made an error in size and asked them to exchange. They could not have been more helpful and came back to me really quickly but the cost of returning the outfit ( despite their kind offer to discount postage on the replacement) meant I had to buy another elsewhere and try to sell the first online. Make sure you check the size carefully therefore - but 10 out of 10 for their customer service.

Dec 16,2022Unless you're happy paying for cheaply produced tat that you cannot return or get refunded for, I would strongly advise you NOT to buy from this company. On impulse I ordered some Star Wars clothes and a pair of boots from them. When the clothes arrived I noticed immediately that they were made of the cheapest and lowest quality materials available, and bore scant resemblance to the online photo. I sent them an email and asked to be able to return the clothes and get a refund. Their response was that I would have to pay for international shipping to China, which would have cost me almost the same as the purchase price of the clothes. Yet the company seeks to give the impression of being UK based, or at least have offices and warehouses in the UK. Their business model is clearly DESIGNED so that you cannot return or get refunds. I was offered an insulting "10% discount" if I was not satisfied. I immediately told them I wanted to cancel the boots order. I heard nothing from them for almost two weeks... then of course the boots showed up. They had deliberately ignored my request to cancel... and had deliberately sent THE WRONG SIZE. When I complained about it I was told, "we sent a larger size so you would get them sooner. It's winter now, so if you think they're too big, you can put an insole in the boots and they will be warmer." Utterly disgraceful, showing no understanding at all of costume clothes and the needs of cosplayers. I still believe they sent the wrong size on purpose because I had complained about their poor service in no uncertain terms and criticized them bitterly for misleading and cheating their "valued customers". Again they agreed to refund/replace only if I returned them, paying shipping costs to be refunded "later". I decided to write off my losses and have done with it, learned a valuable lesson. DO NOT BUY CHEAP TAT FROM CHINA, HOWEVER GOOD IT MAY LOOK IN THE PICTURES. Companies like this one are ALL about fleecing you, they have NO INTENTION of playing by the rules that western based online retailers must abide by. If you are going to buy costume stuff online, do yourself a favor and make sure you are buying from UK, US, or at least European companies.

Nov 22,2022The quality of the cosplays I have ordered are outstanding. For the price they are, they are more than I expected. Amazing quality of material, screen accurate and the delivery was so fast! Communication from the company was perfect! I ordered an xs and I do find that the cosplays are still a little big (for me) in some places but for the price paid I was more than happy to make these small adjustments myself. The success of the cosplays lead me to order more and I plan on ordering another very soon!

Nov 18,2022Well impressed with this service. I ordered my product quite late and close to the event within two weeks actually! It arrived with days to spare and I also emailled the team querying delivery they were not only super responsive but also extremely helpful! The delivery came materials were good quality I was impressed nice fit too I made sure to check my size measurements and everything before I ordered to match the size of the outfit so went swimmingly. Had an amazing experience and was all thanks to the outfit arriving not only on tyme but early too. Great company and really wanted to write this review because I am not only impressed but also because I had a great experience to match and a big part is due to the services provided Massive thanks again

Nov 05,2022The costumes I ordered were very low quality for the price and did not fit. It would have been alright if they let you return it to them without a fuss but it's near impossible for you to return them. Save yourself the trouble and get your costumes elsewhere.

Oct 19,2022I ordered a costume and paid the extra £20 for 3-7 day delivery and it arrived like it said in a week. No problems from me even though lots of people here have had bad experiences with them. I think its mainly the refund process on how they do not accept them that gets people angry. Good quality costume also but runs small especially the Hocus Pocus outfits

Oct 17,2022These are scammers do not by from them! Listen to the other reviews. Still hasn't arrived after weeks despite assurances it would, 'Summer' the customer service rep is incoherent and just resends the same stock responses that in no way references let alone answers your previous question. They have a 'Ready to ship' section on their website which still apparently takes weeks to process. I spent £20 on urgent delivery and they can't give you any indication of when the product will even be dispatched, never mind arrive. Another £100+ in these scammers pockets which I doubt I'll ever see back. Don't be the next victim.

Oct 15,2022Absolutely terrible company to deal with. Ordered an item for my daughter, standard size from their website. Got an email a day later stating size I had ordered was out of stock, would I like another size. I replied no and requested a refund. Another email from them next day asking if I would like to order a different size at 10% discount, again I replied no and requested a refund. A day later they advised the item (in the wrong size) had shipped. I again told them I did not want the item and to cancel the order and issue my refund. They advised they would try to block the shipping. A day later they advise they cannot block the shipment and offered a 30% discount and I could resell the item on Ebay! I have again requested a full refund and advised the item will be returned if received. Avoid this company, they will send you rubbish you haven't ordered and will not give a refund. I am still pursuing my refund, I will update this when I get a resolution.

Despite sending photos of the poor quality, they will not accept the criticism as per the previous reviews. Expecting further photos with tape measures and the like.

Feb 17,2023DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. Odered a Wednesday costume was told item would be dispatched within 24 hours when i contacted them for an update the lady called Summer told me that the size i ordered wasn't in stock and would i change it, I declined and said no thank you i would just like to cancel and have a refund. To which they have not processed so i emailed and dtated i will open a charge back if need to as you are scamming people. I woke up to a message today stating they have now shipped the item I CANCELLED THIS ITEM, I DO NOT WANT YOUR CRAP. Oh and to clarify to people you are not uk based but china based.
