Aug 06,2023Decent quality for the price I would say, the sizes are pretty accurate for UK traditional sizes. Biggest issue is that the title says it comes with everything but the description says only coat,shirt, pants and gloves. I got all that and wig but no weapon so neither the title or description was right. The gloves you might as well throw away and get better ones too.

Aug 04,2023I absolutely love this website. I've ordered almost all my cosplays from here and I have never had a bad purchase from them. The quality is great, and the shipping is very quick. Not to mention they have almost every costume you can think of. The cosplays I have ordered have been Jinx (Arcane and Halloween Carnival), Scarlet Witch (Wandavision & MOM) and Spidersilk. And each one has been brilliant. I look forward to ordering more cosplays from here. <3

Jul 02,2023I want to return and exchange a order. I have emailed twice within the 2 day time frame they say to and i have had a reply on 4th day. I have a very upset autistic son now because he's not going to get his outfit in time or even at all now. They either want me to return it which will cost approx £11 because they're based in China (which is misleading because it's co.uk web address) or they will give me 10% of purchase back. To me this is not acceptable.

Jul 02,2023I ordered the Ravenclaw robe from “Hogwarts Legacy” and it was even better than expected!! The quality is 10/10, it fits well and it’s just exact as the one you see in the videogame! These robes are a must for every potterhead!! Totally recommend it.

Jun 18,2023This is the 2nd costume I've had now, the pictures on the website do not so it justice, it's a great costume, the pants and layered top are great, the belt looks fantastic too, I'll be upgrading mine. I was worried it would all be a shiny thin leather but pleased it's not, will be back again soon

Jun 01,2023Ordered and paid for 5-8 days fast shipping for the item so it arrived in time for an event. There was no mention of the item coming from China and certainly no mention of it only being made once the order was in. We missed the event due to not having the costume in time. Arrived outside of the 5-8 day delivery time. All company said is "As our valued customer, you have the right to return your garments, but only if you bear the high international shipping costs. In our experience, this price is not cheap, so it is not recommended." They also said their warehosue was out of stock so they had to wait for new stock. That was not noted anywhere on there advert. So, please becareful and if you are on a time limit do not buy from this vendor. Quality is also questionable but thats a different story.

Aug 22,2023SCAMMERS!! They will make it extremely difficult to return anything or get a refund. Quality of items is terrible. One outfit i ordered half of it was missing and what arrived was severely damaged. They say on their website they offer returns for 2 weeks after, what they dont say is nobody will respond to emails for a week, they wont provide any return details, they will insist on you sending pictures of what you dont like and then try and negotiate options with you, and keep ignoring refund/return requests. Quality is terrible for cosplays, ive been better off using amazon, or the other cosplay sites. AVOID! UPDATE- they are refusing to refund me a completely destroyed hat they sent me, until i remove this review, and another outfit i ordered, was notified as delivered at the same time as the damaged product, and still hasnt arrived
