Jan 02,2024Resubmitting my review from last year as it has disappeared. Coshd have been amazing. I got the most beautiful Evil Giselle dress from them last year and I absolutely love it. I have since bought another costume from them, I did have some issues with this one but the team were great at getting it resolved quickly! The customer service is great and I am very grateful for their help

Dec 06,2023So we've had Ahsoka (Snips), Omega (Bad Batch), Darth Maul and Andor Prison Uniform. All very good quality for the price & a must for anyone getting into cosplay or support their ongoing projects. Most things are made to order to need to be made and shipped. Delivery to the UK from China is usually around 15-21 days so don't leave things last minute

Nov 24,2023Poor experience. I ordered the Barbie and Ken outfit and blonde wig. Firstly the items take a very long time to arrive (the maximum time stated) so do not order if you want quickly. The quality is bad for the price £70 down the drain, it is cheap flimsy materials, the only good item was the wig! The costumes come up tiny, I used the measurements on their website and they are not correct, 2 sizes too small on both men’s and women’s. I asked to refund and they said they recommend against it as I would have to pay ALOT to ship back to China!! They tell you to sell on Vinted or EBay. Take a look on these sites there are sooooo many of their costumes. Would not order from them again, be warned!

Nov 22,2023Worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life! Like alot of the other reviews I am having a problem with a return/refund. I placed an order to get an outfit for a Halloween birthday party, I wasn't given any updates for tracking, it was way over the time for delivery so I started emailing you get 1 reply every 24hours and well you might as well not get a reply as its pointless. I cancelled the order through the courier and had the item marked as return to sender which according to the retailer isn't correct, I have to apparently receive it and then return it in order to receive a refund (incorrect) I did some digging and this isn't the first time they have tried to pull this stunt, they want you to send it back to a different address at my own expense before I can receive a refund (also incorrect). They pleaded with my to keep hold of the item even thought I had no need for it, when I told them I just wanted a refund they refused, it's basically becoming theft at this point as they have the goods back but are keeping my money, I have opened a case with Klarna who thankfully I used so I have some protection, they are breaking multiple sections of the consumer rights act, I have also taken advice from trading standards as well. To sum up they are an absolute sham of an organisation, avoid at all costs, do not use!

Nov 19,2023Ordered a costume realises within minutes it was incorrect emailed the company to cancel order straight away as per their terms and conditions to contact them within 24 hours for a full refund, no contact from them still, called the bank this morning if no contact from them we will open a bank dispute, happy to remove the review if they contact us and refund us. Order number #HK40091 Update they contacted and refunded

Jan 10,2024My first experience ordering from CoshdUK has been really positive, my order arrived really quickly. There were a few loose threads on the costume but nothing that couldn't be snipped off. Will definitely be ordering from here again for an affordable cosplay :)
