Oct 08,2022Got a Mighty Thor costume from them which was shipped super quickly. Given I'm nearly 6ft and a UK size 12, I was super impressed that the XL fit in the legs. The material is good quality and the cape is super long so you can swish about in style. Definitely would order from them again

Oct 08,2022Do not order from this company! They rob you!! I ordered a medium costume and it unfortunately didn’t fit when I asked for refund I was asked to prove the costume didn’t fit by lying it flat on the ground and measure the hip, bust and waist. After trying to explain I didn’t have this dress made to order so I should be able to receive a refund I was told I had to take pictures before they could help. Then they told me I had to pay to have it shipped back to China which was very expensive! So what is the point? I don’t know how they get away with this I will be reporting them.

Oct 01,2022Made an order for a My Dress-Up Darling Kitagawa Marin Cosplay Costume Dress Outfits Halloween Carnival Suit. I knew this was going to be shipped from China so expected to wait a while. My correspondence via email was answered within 24 hours and any questions were answered in a polite and timely manner by Summer. My item was ordered on the 4th of September and arrived safely on the 29th with standard delivery so expect a wait for your item and order in plenty of time. The costume itself is very well made from high quality material and the amount of extras included is very good indeed. Was ordered in a extra small and the fit is true to sizing they have in their guide. All in all a very happy customer and had no issues with any part of the process. My advice is to expect a fair wait for the item to arrive.

Sep 06,2022I accidentally ordered the wrong size and communication was great to get sorted! Costume arrived in a week in the new size requested :) Really good quality, much better than I expected! Medium fitted perfect! Would use again! Looks amazing on!

Aug 30,2022Amazing costume! Looked exactly like the photos and fits amazingly! Had a little hiccup with the delivery but it was quickly resolved and didn’t really affect shipment times at all! Cannot wait to wear this cosplay out and order from coshduk so much more in the future.

Aug 22,2022Ordered my son a Mandalorian costume. Never received. Tracked the parcel and it never even entered the country. It was returned back to the sender as it was bigger than expected so they clearly haven’t paid the courier correctly. I paid for faster shipping as well! They don’t respond to emails. Don’t buy anything from this company. The five star reviews on this look like manufactured reviews in hindsight. Look at the reviews - the good ones are all from the US and all have the same sentence sentence structures.

Aug 07,2022My costume arrived 3 months after ordering. The size and quality are as expected but one seam has split after just trying it on. If it had arrived a week after ordering I would probably give 4 or 5 stars but the wait was ridiculous and they only sent it when I gave up and asked for a refund. I wouldn’t order from these again, it seems I am lucky to have received my order at all judging by other reviews.

Jul 29,2022Ordered a Sylvie costume and double checked my measurements (because it is not European/American sizing). Product came extremely quickly and was of extremely good quality. The leather had a lot of heft to it and durability. The breastplate was a little too small (but I do have an enormous chest) so I asked if they could send me another size of it and they were very quick to respond and sent me a new breastplate which was a perfect fit this time. Got a lot of compliments on the cosplay when I went to shoot it! Would order from here again.

Jul 21,2022After reading bad reviews I thought my order would never show up. However it did come within the time frame given. Unfortunately it was too small, so will never be worn and never has been worn as it was too small to even try on. So then I started the experience of trying to get a refund…. I emailed the address given on their website for returns. I tell them the outfit doesn’t fit but is in great condition, I just want to post it back and have my refund. The response I get is someone telling me that the costume I had bought is custom made and therefore cannot be returned. I immediately fight this as at no point did I give them any measurements to custom make my outfit, the order was also shipped the day I ordered it - very little time to make a custom made outfit if you ask me? They then come back to me and say ok but you have to pay shipping, which I was already aware of. The person tells me shipping is very expensive so I probably don’t want to do it. I tell them shipping will cost me about £15 from the UK to China. The refund I will receive is almost £60. So even though I will have to fork out £15 to return the item I still see it as a win to get a bit less than £60 back. I explain this to them and again am met with the response that it’s expensive and I probably don’t want to send it back. At this point it’s almost like they don’t want it back. So I’ve told them if they don’t want me to send it back that’s fine, but as I am more than willing to send it I would like a full refund either way. Still waiting to hear back but I don’t think I’ll ever see my £60…. So if anyone would like a size small, Elton John costume for £60. Help me out and take it off my hands! Edit: I finally received my refund after being given the returns address. However, I didn't appreciate the hostility in giving out the returns address. If a person wants a return and it's within the return policy just let them do it. How is it Coshd's right to tell me the postage is expensive and I probably don't want to do it?

I ordered the M size of Mad hatter costume along with the wig and paid for express “next day” delivery / shipping. 2 days after that, they contact me to tell me they only have L. I go ahead with that. The costume arrives in 3 days (and it is pretty amazing), but the wig arrives in 2 weeks (so I had to buy one for my party). I ask them for a refund and ask me to send the wig back which I do. 2 months after no refund and they keep responding emails with what looks like template responses, not addressing my questions or willing to help (the person responding is called “Summer” which seems like a robot to me). “Enter your return number” which they never provided. I will not buy again here unfortunately.

Jun 29,2022I ordered 3 cosumes from here and the parcel arrived with only 2 costumes. Read the reviews after ordering and my heart sunk. I email the company got a response in under 24 hours there were 2 parcels got the second parcel tracking number and parcel arrived next day. All shipped with standard shipping and arrived in 8 working days. Great quality, great fit love it. Sorry others had a bad experience but mine was great

Jun 07,2022Their sizing on their site is very inaccurate, and so didn’t fit when I got the item and they aren’t responding to my emails either. Not the best company unfortunately as the costume was a lot of money too!

Jun 04,2022My daughter ordered in the pats from their site and it arrived relatively quickly. I ordered a few weeks back paying for express shipping, it stated at the time on their website that it would be shipped within 2 business days after payment cleared as it was standard sizing. They’ve since updated it to now state 10-15 days. When that didn’t happen, I asked them to cancel, no response. A few days later, I asked them to either cancel and refund me in full or refund me the shipping since I was not receiving express shipping. Again, no response. Today (2 weeks later!) I receive an email confirming my order, that I no longer need nor want, has been shipped. £115 down the drain what it feels like, though I will be contacting by credit card company for a chargeback.

May 26,2022i bought a marin kitagawa cosplay from this site before reading the reviews about this website and after reading them i was so scared i was going to get scammed i was even more concerned when my tracking number on the shop app didn’t work, however i went onto an international tracking site and i could see where my package was, it came within the given timeframe and is exactly what i ordered i can’t complain

May 25,2022Ordered two cosplays(doctor strange and scarlet witch) with express delivery. Only scarlet witch was delivered and when contacted they only replied with a tracking number for the order that was already delivered. Extremely unhelpful and won't be ordering again

May 07,2022I bought a cosplay of Yennefer of Vengerburg from here before reading the Trustpilot reviews, and assumed I’d never get my product or it would suck, but that’s not the case at all!!! It arrived after about 5 days and looks genuinely great for the £70 I spent. Obviously other people seem to have had terrible experiences but mine was pretty damn good!! Can’t complain.

Oct 14,2022Do not buy from these people! They are based in China and do not care for inline buying consumer rights at all. I bought a small Freddie Mercury jacket from them and it is way smaller than my 38" chest. I asked for a replacement or refund and they keep asking me to put the jacket on the ground and take photos along with photos of my chest with a measuring tape next to it! Ludicrous customer service.
