Oct 02,2024Appalling, ordered a costume and it was in a much poorer condition than advertised. Took two days to get a response from customer support and when I did they basically told me to go fk myself offering a “10% refund” if I sent it back and covered the return cost (£30+ when the product cost me almost £50) NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE, PURELY A SCAM

The quality of the materials used. The attention to detail. The customer service. It’s a small team endeavouring to meet every order. My daughter and I love it. Sizing is true. And the quality is the best I can find in costumes. We are never disappointed.

Sep 19,2024SCAM FROM CHINA!!!! Do not buy from these scammers! They are not from UK as stated but from China! Taking 15days to get a wig without X2 full adult costumes costing over £140, emailed them & got a hardly readable email back saying “it sent” “be patient”! Contacting fraud via credit card to claim all my money back! T***S

Aug 16,2024Staff were extremely helpful in ensuring I got my costume on time for my party. I originally purchased a costume on Amazon for £60, which was cheap material, broken and unwearable. This outfit for only £28 is absolutely amazing quality and denim. I love it so much thank you, it's too good to be true for the price! Will definitely be buying my costumes from here now on!

Very good delivery with items being dispatched the day after the order and received with a week of placing the order. The confirmation said 2-3 weeks (10-15 business days) for delivery so very happy with the quick delivery. First time using coshd UK and I don't think it'll be the last. Highly recommend

I am sorry for the inconvenience, but the cost of the garment you purchased has increased due to higher fabric production costs and therefore the price has increased, making this item temporarily unavailable for delivery and therefore you may be required to pay the difference in price. If you would like to keep this order, please purchase the item for £1 from the link below. I will contact the warehouse as soon as possible to arrange delivery for you. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused to you. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. Have a great day. Summer" Very suspicious and scammy. I've asked for a refund and they haven't replied. Save your money and buy elsewhere.
