Mar 28,2022As others are stating, DO NOT ORDER from this company. I ordered and paid for express delivery 3-5 working days and 10 days later still no sign. Tried contacting but you can only do this through an email address which barely seems monitored. Requested to cancel my order and was told no when finally replied. Absolute scam artists.

Mar 26,2022I didn’t read the reviews before buying from them but when I did read them it was too late I already bought it so I went to email them to cancel it (they didn’t let me) and it was shipped I was so scared I was gonna get scammed but I kept tracking it everyday (I did the cheapest delivery option) and it came pretty fast I was scared it wouldn’t fit but it did and I managed to cosplay Asuka from Neon Genesis Evangelion I’m just annoyed they have scammed others and didn’t let me cancel my order

Mar 22,2022Like many of the other reviews on here, I wish I had checked trust pilot first. Firstly, despite the .co.uk domain, they are based in HongKong. I made my order on 03/03/2022 as of now I have not received anything from them, despite paying £20 extra for their 3 day delivery. I complained to them last week. Got no reply but did get a shipment email with a tracking number. Upon checking the tracking number it was found to be false (I have seen other people on here get the same treatment) Do not use this company. I still have no idea if they actually exist of if they are a sham.

Feb 22,2022Ordered 3 different costumes, 1 missing in package, and 1 with wrong size on part of costume. Have emailed several times, facebook messaged and been ignored. They have even posted new adverts on their Facebook page while ignoring customers! Have contacted Paypal and will be notifying Trading Standards as this company is clearly a scam. Update: have been asked to provide more info by Trustpilot OVER a year after purchase. Was not contacted by Coshd throughout the whole process, so I would not trust this conpany whatsoever.

Feb 10,2022I have just reported these to Paypal ant the National Cyber Security Centre. this company based in shanghi will take your money and Ignore your emails, you will not get your purchase read the refund policy.. basically they only refund your postage.

Nov 29,2021Placed Halloween costume order in middle of September. No sign of costume by middle of October so started email for updates. No response. Costume finally turned up at end of November, far too late! Zero communication in over 2 months, no explanations, nothing. Now have to return the item if I can find the returns address or if they respond to my latest annoyed email, as no paperwork came with delivery. Shocking company AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Nov 16,2021Appalling company, avoid like the plague, would rate at 0 stars if i could. Ordered 3 months ahead of halloween, items arrived over a week after halloween, depsite guarantee it would arrive well ahead of time. Communication from the seller is beyond poor. As added insult Paypal wont refund due to the sender providing tracking information.

Nov 07,2021Spent £90 with this company & the item over time arrived. The quality was disgusting so I reported that I wanted to return the item that was falling apart (which I discovered you have do so within 2 days of delivery) luckily I reported it within 20mins of opening it. 17 emails later, 3 messages via Facebook no reply. PayPal are now involved & I would STRONGLY advise do not buy from this company I wish read the reviews beforehand, daylight robbery!

Oct 30,2021DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. I don't think they are even legit. Ordered a costume, paid £20 for express delivery. 3 weeks, 8 emails, 3 Facebook messages later and I've heard nothing from them. No responses to anything. Opened dispute with PayPal who contacted them. They then gave fake tracking to PayPal so they have refunded me (thank god I paid through PayPal) Caused major inconvenience. Please never ever waste your time or money with this place

Oct 29,2021Ordered a costume from here as appeared to be a UK site. Did eventually receive the costume but it was cheaply made and too small, despite measuring myself and going for a size larger than I should have needed. Contacted the company to arrange a return and refund, received no communications from them, attempted to contact them on facebook and the page got deleted. Opened a dispute with paypal, where they eventually agreed to a full refund once they'd received the item. I stupidly didn't send the item back tracked (as standard was already £14!), however did get proof of postage. The company are claiming they haven't received it and paypal are refusing the help as I didn't send it back tracked.

Oct 28,2021Ordered Joker Costume on 1st October 2021, 4 weeks later still not arrived and guess what I need it in the next two days but the tracking provided by the Shop App says it isn't even in the UK. Paid £20 for the 3-5 days shipping, no response at all on the 3 emails I have sent and no communications at all except to say the item was "shipped" 10 days ago. Do not use this company...more fool me for not checking the other reviews first!

I am now asking for a refund from my credit card company as this company is a complete scam. UPDATE NOVEMBER 2ND: They say they are now going to refund me. Still would not recommend.

Oct 20,2021Absolutely horrendous experience with this company! Gave me the run around for weeks regarding my order. Making the most ludicrous excuses. I ordered a custom size, which I did not! It was being made then it wasn’t. it was out of stock! Weeks after my order should’ve arrived. I sent multiple emails and I just kept getting fobbed of saying some of my outfit may arrive in time. What good is that half an outfit I asked. This is not a uk company at all express delivery a total con after 3 weeks run around and after two additional emails and after I was told my order was being made and would be dispatched shortly I was then told, we suggest you re order your outfit and select express delivery less that seven days before my party. Avoid avoid avoid total scammers and con artists!!!!! Customer service absolutely diabolical

They’ve provided me with false tracking information that doesn’t work, and all they’ve offered is 10% off. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Oct 11,2021One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with online. I ordered express delivery at an exorbitant cost of £20. After three weeks the item had not arrived and I attempted to cancel the order on the day of the party. CoshdUK offered me a 10% discount and have proceeded to ignore my other emails insisting that the item is cancelled. They seem to totally ignore the distance selling regulations and I am now in a dispute to recover my money. AWFUL AWFUL COMPANY - DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

Oct 05,2021Don’t reply to any emails. There is absolutely no way to cancel any orders. They do this and list an absurd refund policy to keep your money. Stay away from them. I am now going through my credit company to attempt a refund. I’ll also be doing all I can to report fraud etc. I advise anyone else to do the same.
