Ordered and paid £20 for express delivery. 3 weeks later and after the event I needed the costume for, it still hadn’t turned up and company not replying to emails to find out where it is or request for refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY Update 24/05/23: After nearly 2 years and not a single response to my emails, the company have now requested “more details” from me through trustpilot otherwise my review might be taken down. Funny how they can contact trustpilot but not reply to me. Clearly a ploy to get negative reviews removed

Only received 1 of the 2 items. Pretty disappointed with it considering the price paid and the zipper was broken. Haven't received any response from their emails so I will be making a claim through the bank for the costume not received.

Avoid this company. Sends the wrong sized order, with bits missing, claims they can’t see the pictures attached to my email then goes completely quiet. Hopefully PayPal don’t take too long getting my money back. Sadly there is no refund on time spent.

It clearly states on their shipping description that orders despatch after 10 - 15 days and delivery takes 5 - 7 days. I ordered a Mandalorian cosplay on the 4th of June, but it didn't despatch until 24th August. During that time I emailed them enquiring about the status of my order, but got no response. As a result, I thought I got scammed so I made a claim on my credit card. I'm happy that it finally arrived, but it shouldn't have taken this long for it to arrive and some communication from the company would've been very much helpful and appreciated instead of being radio silent. As for the product itself, it's pretty decent.

Sent out two of three items and then when a claim was opened shipped the third. They do not reply to emails, buy at your own risk but do it through PayPal so you are protected and can claim if anything goes wrong.

Ordered an item for my sons birthday. Never arrived, getting no response to mails or their website question form. Having to log a fraud case with the bank to get my money back. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM, it's a scam site.

Only sent one costume instead of the 2 i ordered. I keep contacting them and they just repeatedly say we are shipping it but never send me a tracking order. Ive asked for a refund and now they are just ignoring me i would highly not recommend using this place if i could give it zero stars then i would

Very disappointed with my costume, very badly made, spent over £170 on dress and boots, it's tight on one side and baggy on the other, fabric is ripped already doing zip up. Tight on one arm and loose on the other. Do the dress up and it is tight when you do zip up, around the neck and I'm a petite 19 Yr old so god knows how this would fit any one else. And not a UK seller it's from China and Delivery took over a month. Don't bother with this company. I've now lost money.

So the costumes look pretty good, and that's kind of where the positives end. Very poorly made - zips broke immediately, bits were falling off, velcro that wouldn't stick, no holes for buttons and then those buttons falling off anyway. Sizing very inconsistent, had to get my costume heavily altered by a tailor to have a chance of getting a good fit. I ordered two costumes, they were both as bad as each other. I ordered both at the same time at the start of October, one arrived by the 21st and the other didn't show up until 8:30pm on Halloween. Very, very expensive for a load of tat. Avoid.

The website shows that it’s UK based however they’re not. I ordered a Halloween costume and was provided with a fake tracking number, that was sent to me via email. You cannot login to the site to check your order status and when when you place the tracking number on their site, the item couldn’t be found. However the email link they sent would show the same static page. Luckily I payed with PayPal and raised a dispute. However when PayPal realised it was fake they stopped the transaction. BUYER BEWARE.
