In addition to the titular issue, the tech support I have received has increasingly appeared to be exemplary of a now culturewide "distracted by the video game they're playing while working from home" millennial entitlement syndrome. MY issue with the paid service that THEIR employer ostensibly provides, which in turn pays their salary, does not constitute any cause for concern on their part WHATSOEVER. Rude, disaffected, and apathetic describe way too many (but not quite all) of them. This SHOULD be more than enough cause for being dispensed to "early retirement without pay". Let those employees be someone else's problem. Yes, my issues with your service actually are a YOU problem. My money was earned by doing ACTUAL WORK and for services rendered. Goest thou and doest likewise, please. Update to baht CPI reply: I was able to contact Mr. Spangler, who is, in my estimation the single best employee/CS rep being employed by CPI. He said he would have the COMPANY'S QC/QA person reach out TO ME today. No call has been yet received or missed. Please have THAT person call me. Thank you.
