The technician came earlier than expected (not a bad thing). Understood exactly what I needed and had asked for and installed everything in a very neat and orderly fashion. Left no mess for me to clean up afterwards and explained everything very thoroughly to me!

Rosie James received our call which began with one question, then second question, and then third. She just didn't answer the questions but she walked us through the process on our phones so we understood just how to handle the problem and be sure we understood exactly how to do each function ourselves. She was knowledgeable, never once lost her patience; she was an absolute total professional; she represented CPI extremely well and she helped us enormously without any hesitation or frustration - and we were a bit slow getting all of the information. Gage Snow was our technician. His attention to detail really showed. Also every question we asked he had an answer too while teaching us the exact way to do it. He double and triple checked everything he did and even worked with spectrum over the phone to fix a problem with our router . Gage even walked us through Scenarios of why he thought it best suited to choose certain settings during the process. All in all can’t ask for a better representative of CPI.

The entire process was wonderful from the phone call to getting setup to Paul coming to setup. The woman who setup the appointment was very helpful and patient with us. I forgot her name, but her and Paul made this a smooth transition.
On May 9, 2024 I paid the entire balance of my security contract $451.61. On May 20, 2024 CPI made an unauthorized draft of $90.09 from my checking account. On May 21, 2024 I spoke to Loren with CPI and requested a refund of the unauthorized payment and to stop all auto drafts. On June 1, 2024 I called CPI again and was told someone was working on my refund and I should have it within 3 business days. Today is June 12, 2024 still no refund. I called CPI again and was told it was being processed but they could not tell me when I would receive it. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was placed on hold for 20 minutes. The rep came back on the line and told me CPI did not have any supervisors who could speak with me but one would call me back. I would never do business with these clowns.
He was very knowledgeable about the equipment. After he left, he came back because of connectivity issues!
Mike, the technician, was awesome. He was engaging, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions.
I had an unusual installation request. It was handled professionally and quickly even though additional information was needed because of my request. I did not have to call CPI back, they contacted me with the answers and scheduled the re-installation. The technician who came on site was aware of what was needed and was thorough in his work to complete the re-joining of two systems that have not had any issues or problems since he left. All is working as requested.
