Apr 21,2024Dawnley Joseph seemed to be very thorough. Carefully removing old equipment, hiding wires where wire were necessary, cleaning up as he went. He was patient and helpful in deciding the location of equipment. He cared about our experience in all of this, he was not just there to knock out another system and be on his way. He spent time explaining the system, and the app.
