Apr 19,2024The installer was unable to install a majority of the work. In addition, he didn’t turn away when I entered my security code which made me uncomfortable. He was on his phone chit chatting with someone the entire time he was at my home (talking about PTO and a vacation request). Overall, this was a disappointing experience and now I will need to use CPI as well as ring cameras and a ring doorbell installed.
