Feb 20,2024I called your company to update my cameras because I changed my internet provider. The first person I spoke to was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I called back and demanded to speak to a manager. The manager let me apologized and let me know she would have her best associate call me back when she became available. She was right! Zai was incredible! She walked me through step by step everything I needed to do. She was kind, professional, patient and just overall enjoyable to talk to. I went from a customer who was ready to cancel his service with you to a customer who is glad to be covered by your company. We were on the phone for over an hour and a half. She was incredibly knowledgeable and if she was unsure on something she found the answer. You can thank her for turning a very bad situation into a customer who is happy to take the time to write this glowing review! Feb 11,2024I spoke with Kassandra today and she was AMAZING!! She was so patient, helpful and intelligent about exactly what I needed to do to reset the system and fix the problem. I had called CPI numerous times and kept getting transferred to other departments or told that no one could help me until I upgraded my entire system. Kassandra stayed on the phone with me and instructed me step by step until we got the system working again! Every company needs more Kassandra’s! I cannot thank her enough!!!

Feb 09,2024I spoke with Douglas today and he was awesome, not only did he resolve my issue he talked with me on a personal level about my baby (that he could hear in the background) as well as his family that he adores so much. After the call I said to myself wow that was a really genuine sweet man. The call lasted about 15 minutes and I appreciated the conversation while he figured out and resolved my issue. Jan 26,2024I was very frustrated with my Camera system until I called in and spoke with Tony and what can I say she definitely saved the day she was very professional and very knowledgeable about the camera systems and helping me troubleshoot and get all of my equipment back on line. Tony was also very patient with me and she was able to answer all of my questions and she even helped me upgrade my camera system to a great package deal that I could not refuse. I highly recommend that she becomes a supervisor or a trainer. CPI definitely needs about 100 more Tony’s because she was superior! Thank you so much Tony for your help I hope I can get you on the line again whenever I have to call in.

Mar 01,2024My Eldest son recommended CPI Security to me to address our security concerns,we set up our appointment with a very nice CPI Customer Service Representative,he explained all of the features that the Security System has and how safe and reputable the CPI Security Company is. Our CPI Technician was Anthony,we had to visit our home several times to install our system no fault of his,we hadn't had our Internet set up yet. I just want to commend Anthony on his professionalism,his knowledge and his kindness,we really enjoyed him coming to be our security installer,he left us feeling safe and very happy with our CPI Security System,I can't say enough about this young man's character and demeanor,what a asset to your company,if I was in a position to give him a raise,I would. If in the future we have security issues, please send Anthony to our door to service our home, lastly,thank you CPI Security Company,we feel safe in our new home! We have not received any type of incentive for writing this review. It's truly genuine and from our hearts!
