My name is wrong on account and apparently no one can fix. The functionality of the system is limited. Installer did good job, could not connect switches to system, but that may be an issue with construction company and CPI person they were working with as they were supposed to be compatible.
Been with CPI for 13 years with excellent service then our new home switch was just not good at all.Original appointment was a no show. Then after we finally decided on a install date my confirmation email showed the wrong date. Had to call and get that straitenned out. Then on install day the installer didn't have the correct door sensor parts.also the installer damaged our frot door dead bolt lock and denied doing so. I wish now I would have just went with a different security company. CPI is not the same company as it use to be obviously. It's hard for me to leave negative reviews because I am in the customer service business but I had no choice.

I called back in February and told the girl I wanted to cancel my service because we were moving in May and she told me I had to wait till March to cancel when my contract was up. I called today and spoke to Jackie and she said it expires in April and I would have to pay for that month even though we will not be here. I was disconnected after saying it was not fair. I will now never use you again since we were a customer since 2008
I called CPI asked for a supervisor as I was very upset after I heard from the past owner of this property that she gets all the email messages regarding the activities of the cameras inside and outside the property. Ms. Zaimarie Guzman, calmly listened to my concerned, and immediately took actions to remedy the problem.
Douglas was extremely patient and was able to get my doorbell working again. I had spoken with someone else earlier who didn’t take all the steps to resolve the problem and just wanted to send a tech out; so I called back and ended up speaking with Douglas. After an hour of troubleshooting we were able to get it back online and functioning. He absolutely deserves a raise for going above and beyond. Very grateful to have had his help today.
