After multiple failed attempts and multiple people I have talked to. Speaking to Douglas was extremely satisfying. He was very understanding and handled my problem quickly. This was truly the Best Customer Service Experience that I ever had with COI
The representative was extremely and was very knowledgeable. She allowed me to vent about a previous call to another rep that gave me incorrect information and seemed unconcern about me cancelling service ( I assume she thought I wouldn't do it because of cancellation also that rep didn't give an exact fee - he gave me a "ball-parked" amount). Ms. Cetewayo customer service changed my mind from cancelling service. Feel free to contact me telephonically for more information about the previous call.

Jul 13,2023The level of professionalism and genuine concern shown by Christy C. was superb. I had phoned earlier and did not receive the same level of service. I was immediately impressed when I phoned a 2nd time because the issue was not resolved with the 1st representative. I shared that I was happy from the start when Christy gave her name at the beginning of the call. She DID NOT take a dig at 1st representative by saying what she did wrong or didn't do but instead Christy stated what she could do. Christy was patient and answered my questions in a manner that I could understand even when I asked the same question multiple times. Customer service should be consistent. It can be if every CPI call is handled the way Christy handled my call. Thank you.
