The company kept charging for services after they were notified on 5 occasions of my move out of their service area. I was not under an equipment or service contract at that time my service was month to month. I did not receive any more bills but they turned my account over to a collection agency for $271, which I did not owe. when I called them they said they could not help because they sold debit and refused to make it right - WATCH OUT!!! It is all great until you try to leave.

I called because I needed to change my wifi password not realizing the main panel doesn't automatically reset my cameras. I spoke with two agents at CPI who could not help me and wanted to send out a technician. Reluctantly I setup the appt but I was absolutely irritated that this couldn't be a simple process. Well Michael calls me stating he knows he could help resolve. He was amazing! It was definitely a process but we got everything working as it should! No need for a technician to come out! Thank you Michael you are awesome! 10 stars for you!!

Myeisha and Doug were so patient with me. I was beyond frustrated when I called in. Not only did they assure me they would fix my issue. They listened to my concerns and explained to me what was causing the issue. Their patience eased my frustration and restored my trust for sure! CPI needs to hire more people like the two of them!

May 11,2023I would never recommend CPI Security. I have been waiting over an hour and a half just to reschedule an appointment for faulty sensors. And now I'm waiting for a supervisor to call back because everyone is "too busy". And i have to wait almost a week for someone to come out to service those sensors yet I'm paying for this monthly. This is absolutely ridiculous.
