He changed batteries in 5 devices and did a whole system check to make sure everything was in working order. I called yesterday and CPI had help at my house today! May 23,2023My CPI representative, Brittany, immediately fixed my problem after 8 useless attempts by other CPI staff members. She instantly dispatched a next day free service call for an ongoing camera issue that the Customer Service Team told me to "Fix It Yourself", though up 8ft+ in height.

She helped with the main issue I called about and happily explained and fixed other small issues I had. She could have skimmed over those but she didn’t. When the call was complete every issue I had was fixed and a few I didn’t even know about. Jordan is an asset to CPI. I even asked her to help me with a better rate for my account and she was able to assist with that, much to my delight. In a day, where security systems are available around every corner, it is nice to know my business matters and allowed me to get a discount.

I had several questions and she was able to answer all of them and was able to immediately send me a user manual for my system (I had previously asked several others and nobody followed up with an email with the manual). She was also able to provide value information that I requested and did so in a pleasant and professional manner.

May 11,2023I just had the strangest experience with CPI. In Mid April of 2023 I notified CPI that they were drafting money from my checking account for a property that I have not lived at for 5 years. Initially I was thrilled, they committed to sending me a check for the funds that were drafted. Now, almost a month later, I still have no check. They said that whey would “consider” refunding roughly 2/3 of the amount that they already committed to after I sign a document making the cancelation today, not five years ago when the service stopped. After 3 phone calls and an email, I went from thinking that this is a great company to being bewildered that they are backing out of a prior commitment.

Jun 15,2023I am a retired soldier and I had the pleasure to speak with Tevin and he was very patient and knowledgeable. He talked me through getting my cameras and door camera back on line. He made me feel comfortable in this high technology field which most people don’t or they speak above your head. He should be trainer, which that’s what I did before retiring from the military. It was a honor and a privilege to speak to him. May God continue to blessed you in all your endeavors.
