Our garage door opener was off line, I called CPI to restore the function. I got a call back from Evan, who has exceptional customer service skills. It took awhile to get the door opener back online and Evan was patient and kind and we got it working!

I spoke to Tevin Who was knowledgeable, very professional he took the time out to work with me and got all my CPI system working properly I would recommend a raise for him. He was a wonderful customer service representative.

Unlike most of my experiences with CPI, I must say because of Darryl Johnson I rate a "5" After weeks of phone calls, being lied to, stood up, and given wrong information. Finally, I was able to get a REAL PROFESSIONAL on the phone. He was courteous, kind, polite, and caring. The customer service I received from Darryl was impeccable. If you had more representatives like Darryl, you could get rid of the other five unskilled, lazy liars who are pretending to have your company and customer's best interest at heart. I was a customer service Mgr. for 25 years I know you can determine who they are if you are interested. It will certainly service your customers!

If you're ever looking for a security system for your home do not get CPI they do nothing but lie to you customer service is terrible been dealing with this for 7 years and now getting ready to get rid of it finally I've had it. Jason came out Friday October 2023 stating to I am one of the best they have telling me if you ever need me just text me tell me who you are and I will be glad to call you back well that's a lie because they block you. He comes out replaces the doorbell because it just stopped working replace the cameras that I have because they are blurry which made no difference so after him leaving later on the VCR box turns red the driveway 📷 is not working I said Here We Go Again it's very frustrating tired of spending hours on end and never get anything taken care of because he States is from an update they did is why the cameras are blurry what kind of crap is that right. telling you it's from an update who in the hell wants blurry cameras I'm sure no one we expect Excellency from companies when you pay the money out of your pocket each and every month to secure your home because the way this world is today but instead you have nothing but issues constantly at least four to five times per year even maybe more I know I've had more than that. Having someone come out tomorrow I've asked for the same person to come out because he states that he is one of the best technicians that they have well as of right now I don't think so also we had the garage door app on the CPI app try to use it today it's gone it's not even there anymore to open up our garage door she says it's because of the sensor on the door well that's BS as well because they told me in the past they're so called supervisor that you don't need that on the door because of the type of garage door you have because you have it on the wall well get it together which one is it we surely don't know you're supposed to be the experts. Needless to say calling customer service he kept asking me for the serial number to the garage door opener I said we've had it for 7 years you should have that information well of course they didn't this has to be the worst company ever I repeat never get CPI for anything I document everything from each and every person that comes to my door because half the time they come and knock on your door or ring your doorbell they don't even know what they're here for that shows you what kind of people they have working for them. They truly don't care about the customers because if they did we wouldn't be writing these kind of reviews to help others out. And CPI don't send me back in one of your replies because all you'll tell us is to do is to call the 800 number which does you no good whatsoever you just keep going through the same process over and over and over. Get it together you're making millions of dollars off of customers for your crappy system no one and I mean no one should have to spend hours on end on the telephone with you people to keep taking care of the same issues all the time. I'm not going to stop here doing reviews I'm that type of person hopefully you get this right tomorrow if not they're going to be refused everywhere just like other people are posting the same thing over and over again it's like you do not care about the customer all you care about is taking their money and giving them a terrible system. If you want to be number one then start acting like it and get it together teach your technicians what they need to be taught and quit lying to your customers and telling them you have my number text me I'll call you when it's not true. This is all I have to say at this time that I will be posting another one tomorrow as well. This is October the 30th 11:48 a.m..

Hyun R was very professional and knowledgeable. Made the experience painless. He made suggestions about my upgrade, how the cameras needed to be set and did some additional sales with him providing at the security systems devices.

The most terrible service provider I have ever encountered in my life. After 3 years of service, I've decided to cancel my service. However, they have the most incompetent people who work there from billing, tech support, including several so called leadership/managers I've spoken with; who can't/don't know how to do simple task like cancel service property. I've called and talked with 25+ individuals, keep getting the run arounds, finally was told, service cancellation have been completed but it was never. They only turn off monitoring but not fully deactivate account as they want to continuously charge/bill you for it and take your money for free for service they no longer providing.. so way it works is they'll stop monitoring your property and kick you out of your account/apps at your request to cancel but will not completely remove your account from their system so they can continue to bill you = free money for them and headache/waist of time and $$ for you .. and if you call to ensure deactivation, you'll only get the run arounds, transfers, hung ups, misinformation, etc. pretty much everything but resolutions... they'll also attempt to hold your devices hostage that you've transferred or get from them (fully paid for) so you won't be able to activate to another service (try getting your devices released, complete disaster, the incompetency is unreal!!)... quite the scam they got going on. Had to learn the hard way and will I ever set up service even if cost $.001.. they absolutely don't care about their customers or retention no matter how long you had service, how much $$ you've spent, no miss payment, none of that.... Do not, I repeat DO NOT get service from CPI .. go anywhere but not them. They are scammers!!!!

Tevin was extremely efficient and knowledgeable. He called me back as scheduled and worked around my schedule. He quickly solved the problem and took only a few minutes. I've had experiences in the past where it's taking up to 30 minutes he was easily able to answer my other questions, and was extremely polite friendly, and great to work with. I definitely would recommend him to anyone and really appreciate his help.
