Protect yourself and avoid CPI security like the plague. Their business model is to get you to sign an unconscionable contract, put cheap wireless equipment in your house, and tell you that you owe them thousands of dollars for this cheap equipment whether you want to continue the service or not. They will push you around, threaten you with penalties, and then ignore your attempts to discuss and ask questions about your agreement. The worst part was when a member of their team contacted me personally when I was moving out of my house to coerce me into trying to convince the next resident to sign up with their equipment like a Ponzi scheme. They said they would consider letting me out of my agreement if I pushed this scam onto the next poor customer. When I declined and asked questions about the contract, he got angry said he didn’t want to “get into a pissing contest” with me, but proceeded to text my personal cell with inappropriate messages after the call was over. I reported this aggressive behavior to the company weeks ago and never heard back. I hope other people are spared this experience.
Carina was excellent! She was very patient with me as my phone, died then tablet died and then I couldn’t get Safari to work right. Not once did she show an ounce of frustration. She called me back at the exact time promised. Excellent customer service and wonderful personality!!

The quick turnaround troubleshooting and when that didn't work, resolving the issue with the operation team and then going farther when I wanted the system to be checked out and she suggested before I could finish texting her...Awesome for an early Saturday morning...Kudos!!!
I have had a highly dissatisfying experience with CPI. Despite numerous attempts to resolve my concerns, my building remained unsecured for several days. Communication with multiple representatives has led to promises without action, leaving me with a feeling of neglect and frustration. I was assured that the issues would be taken care of promptly, but the lack of follow-through has seriously eroded my trust in the company. From coordination to execution, the service has been subpar, and I'm left questioning their commitment to customer safety and satisfaction. I hope that future interactions with CPI will show improvement, but at this point, I find it difficult to recommend their services.
CPI billing customer service is no honest.
I have used CPI for over 20 years and it always feels like a good experience. This week a fire alarm went off for some mechanical problem, and I was amazed at how responsive CPI was. They took that alarm offline and are sending someone to do a review of the whole system. My security system is important, and it's an expense every month, so it feels good to have responsive and friendly service when needed.
She went WAY above and beyond to sleuth out that my door sensor had come out of the door and started with me until I found it in the trash. Honestly no one has ever been so kind when they didn’t have to be
Dominique was very knowledgeable of the CPI products, he was well mannered and very patient. Its not everyday that you call customer service support and get a friendly voice with no attitude.He really made my day and I really appreciate his kindness.
