I spoke to a representative; she didn't even tell me her name and was told I could not cancel my account with CPI. Initially, CPI told me that my cameras at the house were theirs. The technician came out and advise these were not their cameras but advise we get in touch with CPI. Well two weeks later after no luck with camera connections, I verified with a CPI representative and she confirmed the technician was right, the cameras were not theirs. I tried canceling with the representative I had on the phone but was told a cancellation rep would give me a call. I didn't receive any call, so I reached out again. I was told the same thing that a cancelation representative would give me a call. Well, I got in touch with a cancelation representative, and she said, I only had 3 days after the technician comes out to cancel. After those 3 days, I am held to the contract. Unbelievable.

I had an issue with to many video notifications for my patio due to company. Everytime someone moved I got a notification. After a while it became annoying. I called CPI and the young lady I spoke with was able to walk me through the process of temporarily turning off the notifications.

Excellent customer service by David. I was a little bit frustrated with CPI, but David was very understanding and professional, he went above and beyond to fixed the problem. He has an outstanding customer service skills. Thank you so much David, I really appreciate you ❤️

Anthony was very courteous and very professional. He noticed that our cameras were not working. He went out of his way to try and find out why they weren't working. He was very patient when I didn't know answers to some of his questions and had to call my husband. He has outstanding customer service skills.

My experience was wonderful the best I have ever had with a company. She was patient, kind and knowledgeable. This was the first time anyone ever suggested that I look at the coverage area, they only wanted me to pay extra to have more video clips recorded.

Contacted CPI Security about sensor disconnect alert with basement door. She walked me through a battery check in the door sensor and then its connection with the control panel. It remedied the alert icon but she said if it happened again, CPI would schedule a technician visit. It happened again on Oct 21 and CPI scheduled a tech visit on Oct 25.

Anthony B was the technician who came out to help me with some problems. He was incredible! He answered every single thing I asked and then added more information.He explained with words and then he showed me what he was talking about. He was very knowledgeable as far as technology and he was very patient with my simple questions. He took the time to go upstairs and explain to me about Windows and keypads. I was so grateful that he was the tech that came because he was incredibly good. On the day that he came to our house on Raleigh Road I went to the computer and wrote several letters for the survey but then the computer would say whoops something happened anyway there was a problem on your end and it wouldn't go through so I made it a point to call customer service and find out how I could do this again because I felt that strongly and telling you what an excellent technician he was. His name was Anthony B and that's all I know but you need to give him a raise because he was marvelous!

My experience was made great by the tech. I told her what was happening. She had me try a few things to cancel the alarm, I was getting. She told me what to look for. She ordered the part I needed. And sent me a video of how to install it.

Myeshia was the only rep in FOUR MONTHS that has been able to work out this issue. An issue that should have been so simple became a nightmare and I put in well over 12 hours communicating about it. She was the only one who followed through with me and got it taken care of. She even stayed late one night just to call me and follow up! Above and beyond and she should be acknowledged for this! The other reps who all 'helped' me all stopped responding to me when I tried to follow up. Myeshia was amazing and I'm truly grateful to her - she is the only reason I won't switch when my contract is up because the rest of my experience was horrific.

She was super friendly, very professional. I could tell she was smiling even though I couldn’t see her and in my opinion, she deserves a free Olive Garden, or box of donuts.

I appreciate the techs talking us through the process to reset the thermostat so we once again had heat flowing. Also appreciate offering tech support appointment as a follow up to make sure the new thermostat is working properly.

Customer service representative, Jordan- was extremely kind and professional. I thought that I was having a problem with my Panel but instead- it was my battery. Jordan was kind and explained to me where to find the issue and also- mail the batteries at no cost to me! I appreciate her and her service.
