Jul 11,2023Really easy. Plenty of polite and friendly staff to direct and instruct, and the process of leaving the car and getting on with the holiday couldn't have been smoother. Easy to get out today as well - no queues, keys right there and car was parked about 50 metres away. Again, staff there to direct and instruct. Short review, but I mostly do moan-athons on here so it's refreshing to be positive for once :D

Jul 11,2023Excellent experience. Got complementary cps as part of cruise package. Registered as soon as possibIe after booking the cruise. P&O dont tell you where the ship is going to dock until a couple of weeks before the cruise, so dont get too worried by t5he lateness of this information. CPS gave us all the info we needed and where to park for each ship decking point. Arrived expecting mahem, but pleasantly surprised to find a real smoothly run operation. Probably took about 10-15 mins from arriving to getting into the queue to board the ship.Plenty of trolleys to put luggage on and just had to cross a road to the ship. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Will use again. Picking up the car on our return was just as easy. The ship docked in a different location to that on leaving, but CPS just move all cars to a different car park. Seamless. A 5 min walk to pick up car. Collect your keys, and they give you location of the car in the car park. Will use them again for furure cruises.

Jul 11,2023Well organised experience. We pulled up in the queue and within minutes our car was booked in and we were on our way. The staff were all very pleasant and efficient. On our return the collection process was seamles We felt happy that our vehicle was left in safe hands, thank you.

Jul 11,2023We always try and use CPS if it is available. It takes the stress away from finding safe and secure parking. Driving up to the ship, unloading and being able to start our holiday straight away. We have never had any damage to our cars and there it is so convenient.

Jul 11,2023We arrived at the port with our engine cover hanging down - the whole team were marvellous and said that they'd try to get it removed while we were away. When we returned it was still hanging down, but a pair of plyers and it was soon removed. We had disabled parking and couldn't have been closer to key pick-up too. Thank you for making it so seamless.

Jul 11,2023Easy to contact via phone to change car details. Good service at the port - after a short wait, very pleasant staff came to take photos of the outside, handed them our car keys and were free to go with the ship nearby. They explained the pick up process which was also easy. There is a bit of a walk through port check ins and transit areas both ends, but that is to be expected and not down to the parking service at all.

Jul 11,2023I will definitely be using CPS again, upon arrival the car was photographed by friendly staff, luggage unloaded and taken away. Upon return key collection was easy, professional friendly staff and the car was easy to find within the car park.
