Jul 10,2023Brilliant, straight forward service from driving in to driving out! I also changed my car after booking but it wasn’t a problem. I simply rang with my new registration number and it was amended straight away. Great all round customer service! 😊

Jul 10,2023It was very easy to park the car. Well placed people directed to where you should go. Car photographed keys handed over and away we went to the ship. Return was even easier. Short walk to pick up the keys. Nobody in the queue. Directed by very polite people to where the car was parked. That was it. We were on our way within ten minutes of leaving the terminal building. Definitely would use them again.

Jul 10,2023Trouble free from dropping off to collecting on return, however can't comment on the value as this was free with the cruise package. Short wait at dock side due to large numbers of passengers arriving at the same time. Car taken away, initially to a holding space and then later that night to a longer-term carpark about 4 1/2 miles away. The car was moved closer to the returning berth the night before arrival and was parked ready for when we disembarked. Car has tracker fitted so I was alerted when it was moved. When we left the ship it was a short walk to the CPS compound where we retrieved the keys, loaded the car and then set off for home. Simple system that works, especially given the number of vehicles they are dealing with. Excellent service and will happily use again in the future.

Jul 10,2023We were given 'complimentary' parking as part of our package when we booked our cruise, but we had zero correspondence regarding it. So when we tried to enquire a couple days before where we would be parking we found out that we no longer had it as we hadn't registered with CPS. CPS wouldn't help nor would P&O so it cost a lot of money to park last minute instead. It was assumed that all we would need to do was give our registration af some point do would expect to receive an email with instructions if we had to register otherwise. Disappointed to have to pay twice!!

Jul 10,2023Simplest parking out. Pull up outside cruise terminal, take cases out. CPS team photograph car, take keys and car. On return, pick up keys quickley, direct me to car. Drive off.

Jul 10,2023Many times we have used your parking with great success but was a bit upset that it was obvious that someone had been sitting in the passenger seat (as it was virtually in the lying position) and our radio station was tuned into a foreign speaking station!

I managed to leave something in the car and had to return to CPS several hours later whilst they were still very busy with cars coming in. They were very helpful and retrieved the item for me - many thanks

Jul 10,2023Very quick and efficient service both at embarkation and disembarkation. As we brought our own cases of the ship from cabin to leaving the CPS car park took just over 30 mins!
