Jul 09,2023Drop off of car was flawless in a well covered area. Pick up, slightly less so. Longer wait in queue with rain. No cover for the queue or for passengers especially those in wheelchairs. 10 minutes or so wait meant that everyone in our party was wet. A few gazebos could easily have sorted this out, or some permanent cover wouldn’t be difficult to invest in with the massive profits CPS must make!

Jul 09,2023Parking was made so easy. Dropped my wife and our luggage off and then took the car to the collection point. Pictures were taken and handed over the keys. By the time I rejoined my wife bags were on-board and we were ready to go. At the end of the holiday just collected the keys, found my car and were on our wa home. All very easy

Jul 09,2023Was worried as knew the cruise was going to be busy and 5 other ships in on the same day. However arrived around 13:15 for 13:45 boarding slot. Car checked in after only about 5mins wait. Walked straight over to terminal and car was moved within 10mins to secure car park.

Jul 09,2023Very efficient well established processes for getting parked prior to embarkation and also when you return to Southampton port. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would certainly use CPS again.

Jul 09,2023smooth and quick booking in on departure day even though we arrived far too early as expected worse traffic aroind Southampton; On return we carried our own luggage off the Iona ; Key return was very quick and we were on the road just minutes after leaving the ship;

Jul 09,2023The main item that stood out was the pleasant and helpful attitude of all the CPS staff who on the whole appeared to be of a certain mature age. They understood that people were there looking forward to the holiday cruise and they did everything to make sure that the embarkation of 3500 guests and all their luggage went as smoothly as possible, some feat but one they do on a weekly basis. All credit to them.
