Everything was excellent, we were met at the terminal by their staff who explained everything in great detail and told us what to expect on our return. Exactly the same on our return we were shown where to collect our keys and where our car was parked. A first class service. If we cruise again from Southampton we would definitely use this company

Jul 09,2023Using CPS parking made our arrival for the start of our cruise a seamless and stress free process. Simply unloaded the car and walked a short distance to the departure terminal, while the car was moved to the parking area by CPS. Similarly easy process on our return. I will always use CPS for cruise parking in future.

Jul 09,2023Easy and simple. Arrived and emptied cases they took pictures of the car and we just left it with them. On return very simple returned keys and directed to car. We loaded the cases and within 10-15 mins of getting off the ship we were on the road. Can’t fault it.

Jul 09,2023Very efficient system upon arrival, pictures taken of vehicle, walk across the arrival lanes and we were at the ocean terminal. Upon arrival short walk across the dockside and picked the keys up and given the location/area of vehicle, cars parked with plenty of space in-between for loading baby and luggage. Extremely happy and would leave my car with them in the future. Staff very helpful and polite.
