Jul 09,2023I have used CPS a few times for cruise holidays and the convenience of being parked at the port is really a bonus. On my most recent cruise the ship returned to a different berth in Southampton to that we sailed from but CPS ensured the car was parked up in the right place, so getting off the ship was straight-forward and we were on the road within 30 minutes of disembarkation.

Jul 09,2023It was so easy, just turn up at the port take out your luggage and they do the rest. Staff were polite and it seemed to be a well oiled machine. We did wonder where our car would be as we left the ocean terminal, and came in at the Mayflower. But the car was there and we were happy.

Jul 09,2023As always the service from CPS was excellent. Totally stress free, helpful staff and speedy, easy handover and collection of vehicle. Felt my car was in safe and secure hands and great to have the facility right at the terminal meaning no long walks with luggage, no shuttle buses and no queues! My only negative feedback is the cost. I do feel it's worth paying extra for such a brilliant service but it is still a very expensive parking option.

Jul 09,2023Fantastic, smooth and easy cruise Parking. Drive car right up to the terminal, checks and photos taken by friendly and helpful staff. Car then taken to the different return terminal, keys collected and a simple 2 minute walk and we were leaving the dock side. Highly recommend, a smooth and easy start and finish to the holiday

Jul 09,2023Anxiously approaching our first cruise hoping for everything to go to plan and it did! Very very impressed with the speed and efficiency of the parking process so that was a relief. My husband left his phone in the car and they were happy to pick it up for him despite being inundated with parking responsibilities. Plenty of staff working hard and similarly on out return. Out the gate in 10 minutes 😁 Thankyou CPS

Jul 09,2023Many options come up when you search for parking at Southampton cruise terminals. We went with CPS as they were recommended by our cruise booking agent. Looked at their website and it seemed an easy and efficient service so we went with them. It was exactly as CPS described; very straightforward, quick and efficient. Not a bad price either. I would be happy to pay more for such an excellent service. Will definitely use them again.

Jul 09,2023Really good service, when I arrived at the dock in Southampton the staff were very helpful. On my return the staff guided me the car park and to the key office. The staff in the office were cheerful and helpful. The car park attendant directed me to my car and then took my empty luggage trolley away. 10 minutes from leaving the ship and I was driving down the road. Many thanks.

Jul 09,2023The disembarkation service for requested assistance was seamless, lovely Robin helped us from boat to car with a friendly helpful manner. Unfortunately the embarkation was not so easy despite being reasurred by P & O all was organised, pulled up in car, told to get out and take luggage to drop off point, mentioned we had requested assistance but told this was not available until in terminal (not what P & O had told us). In the end a porter helped us take luggage to drop off and we walked to terminal where the lovely Sam helped us on to the ship with a wonderful cheery manner and made up for the difficulty.
