Jul 10,2023Very smooth process both dropping off and picking up the car. We were given a blue tag to hang on the mirror as my husband has a blue disabled badge and the car was very close to where we picked up the key. i expected a long queue to pick up the key due to the number of passengers coming off the cruise ship but I got straight up to the booth to collect it. Would definitely use again and recommend to friends and family.

Jul 10,2023Absolutely fantastic experience. Pulled up next to the ship and car was taken away to be parked. On return the car had been parked in the compound next to the ship. From disembarking to being in my car in under 5 minutes. Could only have been better if they had brought my car to the bottom of the gangway. Great experience.

Jul 10,2023Drove straight in, friendly staff everywhere so can’t go wrong. End of cruise we were straight into car park across from ship. Unfortunately we had a flat battery but a staff member came to our rescue with a battery pack, all sorted in 2 minutes. You wouldn’t get that service in west quay multi story car park for sure.

Jul 10,2023Very efficient service. No hassle, car was photographed upon arrival, luggage unloaded and then car was driven away to parking bay by friendly staff member. On return, key collection was quick and we found our car very easily. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, will definitely be using this service again.

Jul 10,2023Great service , arrive at terminal pull up someone there to meet accept car , receive ticket for car photos taken , offload bags , and they drive car away into nearby car park for when you return , couldn’t be easier makes the whole process so easy for getting on your cruise

Jul 09,2023Reliable and easy to use service. No problems at all, just hand your key to the driver and the car is driven away to a safe parking compound. On return, it was a quick process to get the car key and locate car. Within minutes we were heading home.
