Jul 10,2023Always fast, efficient and easy to use. Pictures are taken of the car when it’s handed over, and there are plenty of staff available to help with luggage etc. on return, again plenty of staff to guide and help. Collect the keys, ask someone where the car is, and drive off. Simple!

Jul 10,2023The staff are amazing and the whole parking and unloading of the luggage went very smooth. Upon arrival back again the staff very helpful and easily showed us where the car was. A massive thumbs up and will be seeing you again next July as we have booked another cruise . 👍

Jul 10,2023Very well organised at Terminal straight forward drove up was directed to lane at terminal my details were checked my vehicle also checked and videoed luggage out key tagged and a member of staff took my vehicle. Came off ship directed to car park got keys and was directed to where car was parked easy straight forward and great service

Jul 10,2023All in all a very pleasing and satisfactory service supplied by CPS. On arrival someone directed you to where to go to get your car registered all while sitting in your in your vehicle. Then a pleasant lady clearly explained what was going to happen to your car once exited, took my vehicle key, gave me a card with a Barcode on it which you would need to show once disembarking to retrieve your vehicle. On return again was directed by very helpful staff to collect my vehicle key, once retrieved was directed to where my vehicle was parked and then exit car park. An excellent service from start to finish, very well organised and clearly explained. Would most definitely use CPS again with no hesitation.

Jul 10,2023From start to finish the service was faultless! We couldn’t have asked for better. We arrived at the port on time, to be greeted by a lovely lady, she talked us through the process and even checked we had all our luggage! On arrival back to Southampton, it took all of 2 mins to collect our keys and be on our way. There were lots of friendly team to help! Would highly recommend!!

Jul 10,2023Very quick and efficient checking in process carried out by very nice and friendly staff. A few photos and then unload your luggage and handover the keys. Plenty of trollies available to get your luggage to the terminal. The return process was just as quick and easy with plenty of help to locate your car and two very nice gentlemen even helped us load our luggage as they were collecting trollies.
