Jul 08,2023Flawless experience in terms of actual parking and retrieval of the car and will happily use again. The only thing I’d like to see improved is directions on how to get there in the first place. Couldn’t find anything on the booking mail, tried using a postcode with satnav and ended up on the wrong dock originally. Better directions and earlier sign-posting would be a huge improvement.

Jul 08,20235 star service, flawless and slick. On arrival, drive up, unload bags and board ship. On return to port disembark ship, show card at reception and get your keys, marshals to guide you to your car. Speedy service and highly recommend, was included in our cruise booking so can't comment on price

Jul 08,2023Could not fault the whole process as part of the P and O Select fare for Iona. Very helpful parking staff gave clear directions. If sailing from Southampton again, we will definitely use this company.

Jul 08,2023We use CPS parking at Southampton at least four times a year. Never encountered a problem. Efficient, convenient with polite courteous staff. Highly visible when you embark and on disembarkation. Very short walks from the ship. Why pay a few pounds less to walk for miles with a heavy case? We wouldn’t use anyone else.

Jul 08,2023It was all so straightforward. Dropped the car off at the terminal and went on the cruise. When we left the ship we handed in our card at the CPS office, got the keys and left. Couldn't be simpler.
