Feb 09,2021This has been the most painless and quick process. From my employer agreeing to join and to me getting a bike, it was two weeks. The employer was extremely quick at authorising the deal (I think that’s key) and Cycle Scheme had my certificate ready and emailed to me within days. I’ve saved about £450. Totally recommend them. Bought from Evans Newcastle who were fantastic. It helped that the bike I wanted was in stock, of course. Now I’ve just got to get used to those damn cleats...

Feb 03,2021Hmmm..... So far, it's taken a month to tell me that I will be getting my certificate in approx 1 more month! And then I'll have to spec and order my new bike.... it feels like a 3-4 month process to get my new wheels :-( ...unless there's something more I could/should do to speed up the process?

Feb 02,2021Easy to apply and fast. Hardest part was finding a suitable bike, but I got that sorted and was done in 2 weeks, including employer sign-off. Would recommend this. Got me on the road after many years, brilliant!!!

Jan 26,2021Very disappointed is an understatement. I have been trying to get in contact with Cyclescheme via their email, and written numerous times - no response. I have put my complaint on their website - no response. No telephone number, and no ombudsman to complain to . I have had the money taken from my account and I have no bike. When I joined the scheme, I became unexpectedly ill and was absent from work for a long period. Since then when I tried to purchase a bike online, my size was not available in the shops. I am woman of 5.7 and need a particular sized bike. Nothing. I eventually found a bike I wanted and the voucher has been blocked. When are cyclescheme going to respond to my numerous emails and messages. What is going on? Please contact me to resolve. I am desperate to get cycling again after my bike was stolen, and this scheme has meant I still do not have bike. Very disappointed. Any advice out there how I can progress.

Jan 19,2021Couldn't have been easier. After finding a crack in the frame of my previous bike, CycleScheme made it incredibly quick and easy to fund a new bike to commute to work. Took less than 3 days from start to finish, so I only had to get a taxi once. 👌

Jan 18,2021Had received my certificate which was fine but due to COVID and the surge for bikes, none of their partner stores had any bikes available for the amount i wanted, i emailed them to ask if they could cancel the voucher and issue a refund as i had paid for half of the amount already, they told me that my HR department needed to email and cancel which i had them do, that was now 4 weeks ago, i have sent 3 emails asking if someone could provide an update and have received zero replies

Jan 02,2021I done the scheme with bear Scotland the forms were easy to fill in there was a large selection of bikes and bike shops .I got the bike I wanted and its got me back in the saddle after 35 years and I’m enjoying it thanks to bear Scotland and the cycle scheme

Dec 27,2020process unnecessarily complicated, non-intuitive and difficult, PLUS even though i've started paying there were hardly any bicycles in a very broad range of specs available. Only reason not giving it fewer stars is that it is a really good discount IF you find a bicycle and the team are really helpful in direct comms.

Dec 25,2020This is my 3rd Cyclescheme purchase. Simple to apply and highly recommended. I’ve saved a few £100’s over the years and have just collected my brand new Trek mountain bike. The only snag is my employers does not operate this scheme on annual basis and when they do it is only for a very short period. Great scheme - do build in the end of hire payment to own the bike. Dec 15,2020Bloxwich Transport & Container Products have just joined Cyclescheme so we had lots of questions until we understood how it all worked. However we managed to get the first bike through the scheme fairly quickly and the employee is delighted with the scheme and their new bike bought from Decathlon in Aberdeen. Hopefully more of the Bloxwich staff at all our sites can benefit from the scheme to save money, spread the cost, be a bit greener and get some more exercise on their way to and from work.

Dec 10,2020Just wanted to post a quick review of cycle scheme. Such an easy process from start to finish. Load up your employee code set the amount you are spending on the cycle and any equipment and send that through to your employer. Dependant on how quick your employer sorts their side out the faster you receive your voucher. Mine took I believe three days. The Cycle shop will usually reserve a bike for you knowing you are waiting for your cycle scheme voucher and once received you can share the voucher via email or print off and take to store. Mine was a remote shop online but just as easy. Pay monthky and spread the cost and save on NI and tax as the amount is taken from your gross wage before deductions reducing the amount of NI and tax you pay each month. Result, what are you waiting for.
