Sep 15,2020Ordered a bike from from Evans Cycles early august, had three different delivery dates, could be 5 months waiting. Tried to cancel asked Cyclescheme to help get my voucher back so I can use at a more reliable supplier. Almost 3 weeks later and still no sign of new voucher.Got in touch again Sep 8 , was told it would be sorted by end of day , 1 week later still no voucher and no explanation from Cyclescheme. Poor response time, and they really need to look more carefully at who they use and rate as online suppliers. I feel like I have been thrown in the deep end!

Sep 14,2020Had been trying since lockdown to get a bike not got problem with cycle scheme my prob is with mitie ,tried filling in application on line tried the phone sent e mail no help finally got a answer you have to apply September October so did after having probs filling in form finally got to final page filled it in only to be told I'm not eligible as if I go for what I want it will take.me to minimal wage so after 6 months got nothing so don't use mitie

Sep 12,2020This is an excellent money saving scheme, a must use when considering buying a new bike and accessories. The application is straight forward and I was able to purchase a good quality bike and new helmet and save over a third of the total cost. The cost is spread out over a year and is deducted from my wages on a four weekly basis. I also got great advice from the bicycle shop who are knowledgeable about the scheme and obviously about their business bikes. I would highly recommend this cycle scheme.

Sep 09,2020My Cycle scheme Experience is worth more 5 start if I could I give it 100 stars this is the very first time I joined the Scheme and the whole process was smooth I was able to see where my application was and how far in the process I was it was so good that I recommended it to my sister who has now joined the scheme as well. im very happy with my new bike and I will defiantly be recommending it to friends and family an I will use the scheme again when it comes round to getting my next bike after my current agreement has finished

Sep 08,2020It seems like a very good system. A short application that goes through your HR team. You get authorisation and can approach the dealer. Unfortunately as I have a part time job, with pension, I was told that my NI contributions were too small for me to be accepted. Never mind. I would have saved quite an amount if in full employment. Go for it.

Aug 26,2020Fantastic!!! for someone who has difficulty walking this is transformative. I now have an electric bike and have been places I never have before with ease. Caution: decide the bike before you apply for the certificate. I had to buy expensive accessories to make up the shortfall...what a shame! Lol!!
