Aug 23,2020I have wanted an electric bike for a while, and I needed to get fit. The type I wanted was more than I could afford. However, with the Cycle to Work Scheme, the saving, and interest free payments over 24 months, makes it affordable and doable. I could not believe how easy it was to apply on line and how fast the acceptance was. I applied Friday pm and it came though Monday pm, and I had my bike by Friday. The bike I really want, and it's wonderful. Thank you for making it happen.

Aug 21,2020Cyclescheme is very simple to use, as soon as you have your code from your employer you can organise yourself. Simple, quick and easy website enabled me to process my application really quickly. You don't even need to apply for a specific bike/shop your voucher can be neutral until you find what/where you want to buy. The only downside this year was finding a bike as there was limited supply due to virus but it all worked out well in the end!

Aug 19,2020When applying for the cyclescheme the bike I wanted was in stock but due too how long the voucher took to come through there weren't any off them. Yes I know about the pandemic and people buying them but these were in stock for atleast a month after applying so shouldn't have been a problem. I do realise that this could also be down to smurfit my employer but at the time didn't think good enough.

Aug 19,2020I chose the wrong bike initially. The bike store took it back and Cyclescheme cancelled. Found the right one and was issued a new certificate immediately for the new price. Excellent service!

Aug 19,2020On the part of the Cycle Scheme everything was handled well. They handed over the Hire purchase agreement to my employer and arranged for me to receive my voucher so I could get my bike and equipment. Only problem is my employer seems to not tell me when they will start the Hire agreement with them and left me in the lingo with terms to paying the Agreement from my salary.

Aug 18,2020When looking at the terms and conditions the scheme looked overbearing and too complicated, but in reality it was very easy. The terms may actually put people off applying when there is no need. And if people are worried about stock levels in shops purchase on line and collect from your local bike store as they will happily set your bike up for you. It’s a brill scheme and I’m delighted with my new bike, feeling fitter already

Aug 15,2020Sadly the scheme did not work for me. I am low paid but I hoped that in principle I could apply for an amount and then obtain an e- bike in order to travel to & from work. However in reality the maximum amount available via my employer wasn't enough to purchase a decent e-bike, & I couldn't add to that amount to boost my chances of getting one. You are tied to the existing retailers participating in the scheme who are expensive and in many cases were sold out. In addition, your IntoCycle scheme had too many hurdles to overcome, so that in the end my only available route was to privately fund the purchase of a good quality second-user bike via an online auction site,

Aug 15,2020Doesn’t operate how I thought with a major flaw. This is important given current situation, if you haven’t found a bike (and there’s hardly anything in stock anywhere at present) you still have to start paying once you get your certificate so it means you’re paying for something you don’t yet have.

Aug 06,2020Even with things being awkward with the virus situation every thing seemed to go through fine. The shop I got my bicycle at were lovely and very helpful. The first payment has gone out of my pay and I can see that less tax has been taken this month than normal so it does work. Now I am using my new bike and once the summer holidays are over I’ll be riding it everyday to work.

Aug 25,2020It was very easy to calculate the amount I wanted to spend on a new bike and my application was approved within a week. As well as a decent hybrid bike, I was also able to buy plenty of accessories (which were in the sale). I would recommend this scheme to anyone wanting to get a bit fitter for easily affordable monthly repayments.
