Jul 14,2020Very simple, quick and easy to use. Applied online (whilst in lockdown) at the start of the week and had my certificate for my bike and accessories by the weekend. Kept me informed of progress while I waited and gave me free 14 day insurance.

Jul 13,2020I struggled to find anywhere with any stock availability,and considered cancelling my certificate. However, after 5 different retailers both online and Instore I eventually found an ex demo bike in The Bike Shed, Exeter that suited my needs at the right price. It was an easy process and I felt confident in the advice given. I managed to get an £800 bike for £600 certificate value and with quoted savings should only have to pay £360 if I take the longer “hire” period. I haven’t had any payments deducted yet but hopefully it won’t make to much of a dent!

Once picked the whole process was completed in 2 weeks which was fantastic considering it was done in the middle of the pandemic. means I can now use the bike to get to work instead of public transport so have less of a concern over getting the virus. have recommended the scheme to others whom are looking at transport options

Jul 11,2020I do not think this is the best, easiest or cheapest way to buy a bike. You end up paying an administrative fee of £151.44. Get to your local bike shop and get the deal from them.

Jul 10,2020It took AGES for my voucher to be sent from when I applied to the scheme. Nearly two months! Very little communication from Cyclescheme while waiting, website is very poor and gives conflicting information. I did get my voucher in the end but it was nowhere near as simple, quick or straightforward as it should have been.

Jul 10,2020Bike ordered during lockdown and delivered on the date given. Update and service excellent. Unboxed the bike put the pedals on, adjusted and fixed the handle bars, seats as shown in tube video and I haven’t looked back. Fab bike.

Easy to organise with work and to find a retailer to redeem the voucher. Whole process was very quick and had my bike and all the kit within a couple of weeks of starting my application.

Jul 03,2020Easy and quick to get the certificate! Even better that you can redeem the certificate with online retailers instantly. Good use of tax savings to get people out on bikes; better for health and better for the environment. Only concern is that there is a bit of to and fro to confirm certificate value against the cost of bike and the accessories. Would be ideal if the certificate value updated itself upon redemption by the retailer rather than having it set in stone before actually making the purchase.

Jul 14,2020Cycle scheme was very quick and easy to use However one of the Companys they recommended using has the worst customer service I have ever experienced Evan's Cycles Bike turned up minus toolkit so could not ride bike accessorys still not delivered cant contact by phone have to email which they say they will respond in 10 to 14 days don't think you should recommend.
