Nov 27,2016Booking was straightforward. The delivery of the box to use was quick. I packed the box and collection was arranged. I waited in all day and it didnt arrive. Turns out the member of staff that arranged it had left and not passed the details on? Anyhow the company were vwry apologetic and arranged collection for another date. It was collected on that day and delivered the next day. Once the company irons out staff issues I'm sure it'll be very efficient.

Nov 23,2016A little more than 5 minutes notice prior to delivery would have made this a five star review however apart from that very impreseed. Paid at 11.15 bike picked up in Scotland that afternoon with me in Falmouth for lunch time!

Nov 20,2016There was a slight delay with the collection due to no boxes being available. It was frustrating but to their credit the Cycle Sent liaised directly with the eBay seller and sorted things. Once sorted, the transaction went smoothly.

Nov 18,2016I won a mountain bike on ebay & didn't know where to go for delivery. After various overpriced quotes & uncertainty of how the bike will be wrapped, I came across Cyclesent Courier. Easy to fill in forms, great price & I had the option to add a box to put the bike in. It doesn't get any better than that. Bike was picked up on the day they said & I had it on my door step the very next day.

Nov 17,2016There was initially confusion over collection dates. I ordered and paid for extra packing and tape which was not delivered this caused extra work and cost for the 3rd party. I was given a refund for these items but only following a call. From order to arrival was about 10 days, a bit slow considering I paid over £50. The positives; the provided boxes are large enough to leave the back wheel on and once the bike had actually been collected delivery was very efficient. A good service let down my preventable minor issues. If I needed another bike collecting from a 3rd party I'd use again. If your posting yourself get a box from your LBS there are cheaper options out there. I'm sure most peoples experience is good.

Nov 15,2016The bike arrived safely but the service was let down by poor communications. The person the bike was being collected from received no correspondence from Cyclesent or the courier despite their phone number being provided, and I received no correspondence from either party to let me know the original collection had been missed (due to there being no answer at the collection address). When I tried to call Cyclesent to rearrange the collection, despite trying to call 6 or 7 times between approx 4pm and 5.30pm the phone rang out. When i did speak to someone the following morning they were very helpful and re-booked the collection, but again, I got no correspondence to let me know what was happening despite being promised an email. The only way i knew the bike had been collected was when the seller sent me a message to let me know it was on it's way. The bike did arrive safely the next working day, but again, I didn't have any indication it was due to arrive until i rang Cyclesent on in the morning to confirm, which to be fair they did and even called me back as primised to let me know. If the communications improved it would be a decent service.
