Oct 17,2016Responses to emails are sporadic, and accounts are not managed well. Shipping is good value, but the depot doesn't accept non-boxed bikes as they advertise, so it still costs us a lot in boxes to ship.

Oct 11,2016Mixed reviews around experience using these guys, so dubious at first. My experience was good however, so would recommend. SMS notification on pick-up/delivery would improve comms and overall confidence in service.

Oct 09,2016Set up and paid for the service via the website, easy stuff. Cycle delivered a day early via APC couriers. Derby to Brechin in 24hrs for £32 is bloody good value. Called from the APC delivery driver and asked if he could leave the boxed bike in my garage. Great service. I would use them again without any hesitation.

Did recieve an email from carriers agent at 0848hrs indicating that collection would be at 0800hrs and then had to make a call to clarify and apparently it meant that collection would take place after 0800hrs. How difficult would it be to actually say that?

Oct 05,2016The bike was picked up as planned and delivered as planned. There was no damage to the bike or packaging in transit. The price was very competitive and within my budget.

Oct 05,2016box delivery went fine but courier was confused and expecting to collect straight away. told him id specified collection the day after receiving the box. he said he'd come back to collect the next day which he didn't. I tried to contact cyclesent by phone but there was no answer from them despite it being early afternoon and they are supposedly open 9am til 6pm. The following morning I still couldn't get through to cyclesent and it took me til about midday to eventually get someone on the phone. once I got them on the phone they dealt with the collection issue promptly and the courier turned up later that day to collect the bike. it was then delivered the next day although the courier didn't have the recipients contact details so contacted me instead when trying to find the delivery address. I gave him the phone number and it was delivered soon after. so not the smoothest process but it went ok in the end. I think they need to make sure they have more adequate phone cover and that they provide better information for the courier.

Oct 03,2016First time I had used this service unfortunately it wasnt great from the off ! The courier arrived at my pick up collection before box had even been delivered , was told can not pick up bike without box so courier left . the box arrived later that day but courier of course did not as already been in morning ! To cut a very long story short it was a huge disappointment and bike ending up being delivered later than originally planned ! Maybe I was just unlucky.

Sep 27,2016Arranged delivery of a bike that I sold on eBay at 9am. Bike was collected that day and delivered the next. Whole process was really straightforward and easy and bike was delivered without any issues. While process was considerably cheaper than any other courier and the cost of insurance was substantially lower as well. Brilliant service!!

Sep 27,2016A good price for sending a bike with insurance. I would like to have seen a confirmation email as to when the parcel was being collected, & more importantly, an email to confirm delivery. This was an ebay sale & in this case the buyer has not confirmed delivery. I assume it got there OK, but a confirmation email from Cycle Sent would have been nice and was what I expected.

Oct 18,2016The cycle sent team were helpful and my bike got delivered in good time. However when the guy came to collect the bike he said "If I'd have known the parcel would have been that big, I would have charged you extra!". I told him that it's a bike shipping service and he didn't seem to be aware. This did not give me confidence. But it got there fine. I'd suggest reviewing the delivery team but other than that, they were great!
