Aug 28,2016orgainsed on sunday for monday pick up > van arrived to collect the bike > should have sent the box then pick up wed > then told couldn't send box monday as organised day before) but they sent a delivery driver to pick up on monday so what the fckk > delivered thursday not wednesday so cock up > no money off or apology

Aug 26,2016I bought the bike from a woman in the Midlands and this is what she emailed me..."The bike was collected this afternoon, box too small for bike, had to take front wheel off, handlebar off, and pedal off, not happy the way they just throw the parcels about, but I can assure you the bike didn't have any scratches, and was in perfect condition when it left me, fingers crossed you will receive it in the same condition." It arrived in parts as she said, with one of the brake pads loose in the box and the nuts missing.

To often the boxes taken from bike shops are pretty weak or flexy 2.Can't fault the price, £16 to send handlebars with parcelforce, £40 to send an entire bike 3. Super efficient courier service. 4.good contact when needed for collection and delivery

Aug 11,2016There was a communication breakdown between cycle sent and the couriers and they put the wrong delivery address on the box, this lead to my cycle missing a friday delivery and no bike for the weekend which I had planned to use the cycle with family visiting. I therefore had to miss out on a very sunny day's cycling! Cycle Sent were apologetic and reduced my charge which I was grateful for, yet it was a sloppy mistake which lead to disappointment on my behalf.

Aug 03,2016I've used them twice and honestly can't fault the service at all. Attentive and caring, happy to discuss options etc. I've used the send me a box service and collect from a 3rd party address. One time the empty box arrived badly damaged but this is no fault of their own and the wife managed to patch it up.

Jul 31,2016I have sent an email following up from my purchase describing in more detail my annoyance and disappointment but from the treatment of my bike and box to the lack of communication and blatant ignorance of my comments to the courier as well as not fulfilling the entire order and myself having to chase up the collection of my bike, this service was very poor and not an acceptable standard.

Jul 19,2016I wanted to send a bike with a box supplied by them. It wasn't clear on the website how it would all work in terms of box delivery / cycle collection etc. I send two contact requests via their website which went unanswered before I emailed and got a response. From that point on it was mostly plain sailing though I did have to call and get a tracking number - as the collecting driver had no paperwork. Simply having the website spell it out in the first place would have made it into a 4/5 star service

Jul 14,2016CycleSent sent me an excellent box, promptly answered queries by email on how to pack the bike and the courier who arrived was expecting to pick up a bike and knew exactly where it was to be delivered. Bike was picked up from just south of Glasgow at 1300 and delivered to London before lunch the next day. Fantastic!
