Nov 01,2016I took the day off work so that I could be around for the collection but nobody turned up. I phoned the office number and got someone on a mobile in the car who told me the office was closed and phone back in the morning. when the driver came the next day he told my wife it wasn't booked for the previous one despite the office telling me it was.

Nov 01,2016Went with £40 box and next day delivery option + an extra £10 insurance and shorter collection window Box was too small for a 29er so we had to take the front wheel off and adjust the handlebars, no option for larger box either. Ordered on Saturday - processed order Monday, box arrived Tuesday, picked up bike Wednesday, delivered Thursday. Bit of an odd 'Next day delivery' service. Delivery guy didn't know it was a bike he was collecting. No update emails or tracking, had to ring them to find out what was going on.

Oct 31,2016On the day they've told me they were delivering the box, a they didn't b when I tried calling to see what the deal was they didn't answer and c they weren't able to find out where in transit they were. I waited around all day an no one came. The next day I was informed that they tried to drop it off but actually didn't because I was in the apartment all day. The next day they dropped off the box and the courtier was most obviously high. They also didn't give me any tape which I ordered. Luckily Duncan was finally answering his phone. Then I waited all day for them to pick up my bike, now two days waited waiting for the courtier, and they didn't show up until a minute before the end time that they said they would pick it up. All around it seemed unprofessional and a waste of time.

Oct 25,2016I have to say the lack of communication about pick up time was frustrating. I didn't receive an email until 7 am on the day of pick up that the cycle was definitely going that day. Even then time slot was 8am-5pm! I also never received email confirmation the frame reached its final destination. Luckily a friend was at the other end, otherwise I would never have known it arrived. That said, cheaper than most!

Oct 25,2016Decent basic service that can be tailored with fair insurance rates (considering damage isn't covered by any of the delivery companies involved, for loss only, check the small print). Middleman company like many others, but collection driver was friendly enough and all went well my end. Delivery confirmation would be nice as part of the price though.

Oct 19,2016Unreliable, unreachable, unprofessional. It took over a week to get the bike. Had to take three days off work waiting for the courier that never came. All I got was excuses, denial and blame and still no courier! They use an external carriage company over which they have no control. Next time I will definitely use Parcelforce. Oh, AND they were extremely rude.
