Feb 23,2021Crystal should have told me when I was in there on Monday, February 15th that I was not going to receive a 1099-INT, because it was under $10.00. Furthermore, She did not call or email me back like she said she would! I finally got my answer when I called back in on Friday, February 19,2021.

Feb 23,2021Read my earlier review. 25 days after leaving my review Robert Anderson called me and left a message. I called him back the next day and got his answering machine saying he would be out of the office for the day. I left him a message. It’s been 5 more days and I have not heard anything from Dort Federal. Just got a call from Dort Federal. They asked if I got the title for the motorcycle that I paid cash for, since they couldn’t give me a loan in Ohio. They said I could bring in the title and get a loan now.

Feb 13,2021My debit card was fraudulently used. My concern was taken as a priority when I visited your Hill Road branch. I was issued a new card on the spot. I was also given peace of mind knowing your institution was aware of the situation and taking care of it promptly. In the 20 years I have been using a bank account, I have never felt as safe and secure as I do at Dort Federal Credit Union. Thank you all 😊

Feb 11,2021My daughter and get smart, prompt care from Micayla Slezak, at the Swartz Creek Branch. She always has an answer for us when we have a problem. Everyone there is courteous and cheerful, even in this dreadful time. We feel secure being able to count on Micayla and all the staff.

Feb 10,2021My husband passed away on December 4th so I was not looking forward to what I felt would be an unpleasant visit. Mary assisted me with everything in a very quick and efficient way. She was very professional and she answered all my questions while being kind, understanding, and caring. Mary turned my unpleasant visit into a productive visit and I felt good about that.
