I can’t fault Egg, from initial enquiry right through to the final fit, they have been extremely professional.

We had solar panels, a Tesla Powerwall and an Eddi hot water system installed by 3 great guys at Egg. They were Josh, Darren and Adeel. All 3 were very polite, friendly, professional and made a fuss of the family dog which she was very pleased about! They did a fantastic job with the install, keeping eveything neat and tidy throughout the entire process. They were clearly perfectionists who took a lot of pride in their work, and were always keeping me in the loop and answering the countless questions I had. They even put some shelves up in my garage for me during a moment of downtime! Really couldn't be happier and actually kind of miss having them around!

Reminds me of double glazing salesmen. Don't let the Green products trick you into thinking they do anything other than the easy sales. "Don't hesitate to get back in touch if there is anything I can help with." Don't let this trick you either. They won't reply.

I had my EV charger fitted today What an awesome service super impressed from technician (Jack) Freindly' professional went out of his way to resolve issues's explained everything throughout the installation and the whole Egg team. Wonderful Brilliant Superb Would recommend to everyone Thank you 😊

Our experience has been eggceptional with Egg! Getting an installation date was easy and fast. Despite having a challenging install at a 1920’s house in the country your engineers Jack and Josh were absolutely incredible and a real credit to your brand! The workmanship was outstanding, the lads kept all work areas clean and did all they could to make it as minimally disruptive as possible. Jack called me on a Sunday the day before the install to let me know what to expect on the day and dispute being over 100 miles away he arrived nice and early the next day and at the time promised. Thank you so much and Egg if you read this Jack and Josh are a credit to you.

I have had my charger fitted about 5 days now . The guys that came to install were great , kept me informed of when they were going to arrive , did a few checks then got straight on with the installation. Clean up after thereselves and explained everything before they left . Works great and is great value. Will reconmend to all , thanks .

Egg were by far the best company I have dealt with regarding installing an electric car charger. The online process was easy and I even had help from Lucy to who was great at being able to support completing the pre installation form and confirming a day to install. Within 7 days the guys were here ready to install and made the job so quick and easy and now I’m up and running. Egg are superb and I would highly recommend, the complete opposite of PODPOINT who’s customer service was atrocious (I have written previously about them!).

Excellent service from start to finish. Two weeks from placing order to installation. Laura in the office was a great help with my queries. Two engineers to install, arrived fifteen minutes early, nothing was to much trouble and quietly overcame a few Wi Fi problems. Incredible value for money, I still can't believe it all went so smoothly, well done Egg.

Wish I could give this company 5 stars as they are so close to getting there. From my experience so far the engineers who have visited my property have be absolutely fantastic, polite and always try and go the extra mile so props to the guys on the front line 👌 Customer service however is letting the team down massively, they have a phone number which should just be removed as it's of no use to anyone unless you have an extension number which I didn't do couldn't speak to anyone, currently there l the only way is support ticket which can be very frustrating when you just want to speak to someone and if they were as friendly as the engineers this company would be 5 stars all day long. Please Egg improve your customer support, your letting the team down!

From order to completion of install, Everything has gone very smoothly. Anthony my installer called last night to make contact before the install today. Communication has been excellent from Egg. Anthony explained everything well and workmanship was very tidy. He cleaned up well on completion. Highly recommend egg for a EV charger

Amazing, fab product, fab customer service, spoke to 2 members of the team, can only remember Bree’s name she’s wonderful, very knowledgeable, bright and bubbly. Would definitely recommend Egg to anyone that would listen.

Will start with the installation. Jack came on time he did a brilliant job at installing the unit. He was polite informative and helpful. Work was to a high standard and he left the property spotless. Regarding the customer service from the first point of contact, basically as rubbish as you can get. You have to demand a phone call if you have issues as they don’t take calls. You will have requests one after another for pictures of your electrics and so on, that leaves you nervous if your relying on your unit to be fitted by a certain date as they never tell you why they need further pictures or if there is an issue. The lady that shares the same name as a French cheese was rubbish and to be frank if she worked for me I’d sack her. My property was on a loop so western power (dno) needed to come out take a look and give permission to install the charger, thats normal. After nearly two weeks I was still being asked for pictures. western power hadn’t responded to egg according to the lady at egg. I walked into western power at brecon who hadn’t heard of egg and had not received any correspondence from egg. Within 24 hours western power visited my property and gave the go ahead and contacted egg for me. I did all the leg work regarding contact with western power. I now have my charger but this is due to me using my initiative otherwise I’d have a new car sat on my drive with no charger. Good product and smooth fitment but feel dishonesty was at play here regarding contact with western power. Dont expect to speak to anyone at egg. They need to improve massively. Would I use them again, in a rented property yes but I’d by my own once I own a house.

Fast time to install from signup, great team who fitted the charger, tidy, enthusiastic, friendly and really helpful, good explanation of what the charger did and what they were doing 100%. Hope the price remains affordable and competitive.

Highly recommend Egg, after been messed around by another larger EV provider and installer for 7 months I wasn’t sure I was ever going to get a home charger. I found Egg who replied to my initial email enquiry within hours. I ordered online very clear guidance and instructions with clear pricing (would be great if could upload more photos) from ordering online one evening to installation in 7 days. Customer service has been fab all the way through installers were great friendly and professional. Even when realising it wasn’t going to be a standard install and had some challenges. Straightforward pricing structure which is clearly indicated on the website no hidden fees. They couldn’t make it any more simple or straightforward. Wish I had found them earlier.

I cannot recommend this company anymore!! The engineer we had today was absolutely fantastic. He made us feel so confident in the installation. Left no mess whatsoever behind. Was thorough with information provided. Left me feeling so happy that I was being provided with the best service. As an individual, the engineer was very professional and if I ever required service from Egg again, I’d happily have our engineer again.

I had an appointment booked for the end of the week and was very happy to hear my appointment was brought forward. I met both Lincoln and Richard and they were great! They quickly installed the charger, made a very neat and tidy job of it and swept up afterwards. I couldn't recommend enough. Thanks very much for a great service

Wanting to set up an ev charger but the website doesn't accept my new addresses mpan number and I can't go further on with the process online. No calls returned and no reply to emails. A bit disappointed as I was able to set up direct debit but can't set up anything else. No number to ring either

I was concerned about installation being unsightly and wanted to cancel, unfortunately I was told that I had to give 72hrs notice rather than the 48hrs I gave, I awaited the engineer only to confirm what I had thought so I didn’t go through with the installation. Egg went ahead and charged me £49 even though I believe I had given them enough notice, even the engineer was surprised. Read the small print guys, they are quite happy to compromise good reviews with making profit.
