Nov 14,2021I ordered a Zappi EV charger from Phoenix Works and from the outset received outstanding service. They kept me in the picture throughout the process and the engineers who installed the equipment were professional and courteous. The areas where they were working were left spotless. Afterwards Phoenix contacted me because when their QA inspector reviewed the photos that the engineers took, he identified a minor issue that he wanted changing. An engineer attended very soon after and the work was completed and the certification issued. I was most impressed by the attention to detail that Phoenix took and would highly recommend them.

Their involvement throughout was really good - clear communications, good advice, a fair price and an efficient, tidy installation. Thoroughly pleased with the end result and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

Sep 09,2021Was kept informed every step of the way. Although when they tried to install the Zappi they coukd not as I had a weared electric supply. They contacted the electricity board and got it sorted. They then installed the Zappi the next week and gave me a run through.

The installers came first thing in the morning to fit my Zappi home charger and they were prompt, polite, tidy and well organised. They made a special effort to install it without having any ugly wires on the outside wall and all cabling was neat and tidy. They explained everything really well - highly recommended.
