Oct 23,2024Great experience from the beginning and I strongly recommend their services. It all started with a video call, free of charge, where i got a quotation. Josh was very helpful and answered all my questions no matter how silly they may have been, considering I knew almost nothing in regards of solar energy. Shortly after a team arrived at my house and installed scaffolding so the engineers can attend to install the system. Installation team was professional and kept everything clean and tidy, also helped me achieve the best outcome for the location of the circuit and battery. They were happy to do whatever I asked of them in this regard so everything was to my liking. Last but not least, many thanks to the project manager Jade that helped me with all the documentation and warranty certificates afterwards!

Oct 18,2024Nessy checked on me throughout the process and helped me prepare for my EV charger installation. She also chased the engineer that the national grid sent to have an isolator installed the day before installation, meaning that installation took place when it was supposed to without delay. The entire process was smooth from start to finish thanks to her amazing customer support.

Oct 03,2024Ilona and the team have been brilliant. I held off leaving a review until I was fully up and running as I wanted to check everything worked well. Being a new to EV ownership I did my research and shopped around and found Egg to have a different approached with monthly payments, ongoing support, their own app, remote access to the charger and in-person help when needed. Overall, I'm very happy with the service from Egg and would definitely recommend them.

Sep 30,2024Excellent experience with the team who came to repair my EV charger. The original date provided for an engineer visit was a couple of weeks away, however Dean was quickly able to slot me in for the next morning. He got a replacement charger (in case I needed it) sent to my house that night and the next morning (a Saturday) the engineer, Pedro came round and sorted the problem in 20mins. Not only was he super efficient, he was a really lovely guy and provided advice should I encounter a similar problem in the future. Well done to Dean and his team.
