Apr 19,2022My girlfriend was delighted with her Elizabeth Scarlett pouch that I bought for her birthday. It was a big decision with so many designs on their website, but highly recommend them. Looking at other websites they also looked like great value for money.

Mar 19,2022Ordered an xmas present for my girlfriend. They inscribed it with the wrong letters and asked that I give them the chance to put it right. My emails were then ignored (and still are). I did as they asked and sent their incorrect order back to them over 6 weeks ago (using their own returns carrier) and I’m still waiting for a refund. If you’re thinking of buying something from them then don’t. They’ll take your money and rip you off. Absolutely terrible company

Feb 24,2022Have always loved what I've received, even if slightly over-priced they are very unique. When I needed customer service early last year for an item which has burn marks on it, they promptly sent a new one out for me.

Feb 20,2022Endless delivery time, false dispatch emails, no response to queries, and to top it off, massively over priced and shoddy products. I don't know what it is they are posting on their social media but it certainly isn't what they're posting out to their customers. Dull, badly made,cheap items albeit in a pretty gift box. I have bought far more beautiful and well made velvet products for a few pounds from market stalls, gift fairs and even hawkers in Sri Lanka - at least I knew then that the manufacturers were getting a fair price. This is awful Chinese sweatshop rubbish.

Feb 19,2022As other people have pointed out, they seem to have a policy of not refunding unless you contact them. You have to pay your own postage as well. Luckily I could provide evidence of postage but I suspect they make a lot of money out of people who can’t. It’s a bad management decision on their behalf because, like many people, I will never buy from them again and will warn my friends.

Feb 10,2022I had to return an item because of a duplicated Christmas present. I sent it via a tracked service, so know exactly when they received it. They say they’ll refund you within 10 working days. They didn’t. I emailed them to ask for an update, and they said they’d reply within 3 days. They didn’t. I’m now trying to dispute it through PayPal — still trying to get my money back after 3 weeks.

Feb 07,2022Absolutely beautiful pouch and matching purse with sunflowers. I purchased this ready for the summer and it is perfect. Great size, beautiful design and so well made. Great quality and detail, even down to the zip design and functionality. Love it, couldn't be happier!
