Jan 06,2019I had made several calls to emassagechair.Com and each and every time the Personnel were polite and very knowledgeable. They helped me to pick out my chair which was the Ogawa active L. It was very good choice as a replacement of my 12-15 year old chair that had finally given out after DAILEY use. If you have back problems/ back injuries A massage chair could be the very thing that keeps you moving from day to day as it has done for me for the past 12-15 years . Emassagechair.Coms' Customer support appears to be very good thanks again

I called the 800 number and spoke to the sales rep James he was very helpful and determine that it was the browser that I was using that was causing the problem. I switched to another browser problem resolved. He was very helpful in getting my order completed and was able to answer all of my questions about the product

Matt was helpful, knowledgeable, kind, considerate, insightful, and basically a great person to work with. Matt took the time to walk me through the process, listen to my questions, dig deep into my needs, and even bring out some issues I hadn’t considered yet. I am a researcher by nature and I dug deep into massage chairs before I started any discussions with vendors. Matt blew the doors off the competition in an extremely thorough fashion. I thought I knew exactly what I wanted/needed and Matt helped me discover areas and ideas I hadn’t yet considered. Without Matt’s guidance I would have ended up overspending and also purchasing a chair which wouldn’t fit my needs. I work in the advice world and I appreciate good service. Matt and the eMassagechair team have exceptional service in spades! I cannot wait to get my chair and I will certainly be recommending Matt and his team to everyone who sits in it!

Unbeatable pricing on a top of the line Osaki Maestro, great communication, fantastic service. This is a business, and a salesman, I can recommend without hesitation. Don’t walk, run, to James and eMassageChairs.

I called and spoke to Heather, she asked what my areas of concern are that I want the chair to target and she lead me to the OGAWA activeL. I also needed the white glove delivery, EM 2 is the company that provided delivery and they were very professional.
